Solo travel for business trip, location from main road about 1 km, if you have vehicle no problem, but you can choose service from grab bike. 800 meters from Tesco lotus. Quiet place from downtown. Room have some noise when your room above you use their toilet so bad. You need to use ear plug for your rest. Overall is ok with this price.

Looking great from outside, inside terrible. In the room have a door into the next room, can hear everything, didn't get much sleep, the madras is very old and hard, getting the springs in the back. The toilet, I have never seen anything so bad, and the plumping from other rooms in the toilet, making many noise when other people shower and go to toilet. Had a smart TV. The staff was very nice.

Location is ok Staff was helpful Towels was clean and very new The building constructed very poor, you can hear next door from brushing, flushing toilet, shower and draining, it’s not pleasant to stay. The blanket was a bit old and smell like bleach. .

Worst hotel I have seen in Ubon”
Arrived at check in, no one was aware of my booking previously made on Agoda. I was asked to pay again. Eventually after finding my booking I was given my key, no word of the wifi password, just a hand gesture towards the elevator which looked like it might collapse. When leaving the elevator you get that smell of moldy walls in the hallway. The room was OK but air con obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while. Unpacked and then went out to eat. I thought i would take the stairs this time, only to find 2 dogs sleeping at the bottom of them. Unbelievable !! Came back from lunch to enter the hotel and hear the loudest noise coming from some machinery outside the hotel. The noise that continued for another hour until i finally checked out.

Walls are paper thin, you hear everything. No amenities in the room (I asked the staff for tissue and they looked at me like I was crazy). It's not near anything.

My hotel of choice in Ubon for location and price. Usually very clean but lights and fridges not always in good working order. Some staff speak English now. Hot water - BYO real coffee or instant soup - available in foyer. No English tv channels but wi-fi works so you can provide your own media.

Good Place, near Tesco & Airport”
It was great. Stayed to relax for a while before i departed to bangkok. It had a clean room and staff never disturbed me. Located near tesco lotus and airport. Room had a great view of the airport.

APlus is a good place to stay if you are driving or using taxis. It is clean and the older groundsman/general help man friendly. Plumbing is noisy when people in an adjoining room use the shower. Hotel rarely caters for non-Thai clients so communication could be an issue for tourists. Front desk staff seem unfriendly but perhaps because they have limited English.

A+ Hotel is a small hotel not far from the city center. Not on the main road. Very far from the main road. Have to have car to get to the hotel. Building looks new. Room is big, but not very clean. Ants all over. My pillow case looks very dirty. Small closet. Small bathroom, not very clean. Outdoor parking. Near Tesco Lotus(Hypermart). Overall, could be better. Need some improvement.

I stay here several times a year, on business or for a few days off. The location makes it easy to get around town. The only problem is that you can hear everything - plumbing in nearby rooms and from the floor above, people arriving late at night, drunkenness and its after-effects etc. On nights without disturbances from thoughtless patrons, it is beautifully quiet. Good range of cable tv stations as well.

Good location near airport and city. Good internet speed. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the location of the aircon blowing directly over the bed could cause you to wake up feeling like you have a cold. For the price and location it's fine

Rude & horrible!”
We felt unwelcome as soon as we were checking in. The front desk agents never said thank you at any point and acted like they didn't want us there. They need to be in a better training to deal with the public. It seemed like they don't know how to do it. We gave the lady the htl voucher from Agoda when we were checking in, she turned around and asked for a payment. Can she read the voucher? We asked to be in a high floor and a quiet room. They put us on the 4th floor next to the elevator . The htl has 8-9 floors and they are not busy either. Luckily the air conditioner didn't work so they moved us 2 rooms away from the elevator. It's horrible still because the phone in that room didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk or room service. The agent from this htl never study the requested from Agoda like the other htl around the world that we used. We were very dissatisfied. Beware also this htl charged 50 Baht per 1 extra pillow. We will never ever stay at this hotel again.

The hotel located in Soi Chayangkul 12 which is the main road and closed to Tesco Lotus..but you still need car to go to the hotel as it's not within the walking distances.

Frequent guest at A+, as it is close to transport and shops. Can be noisy as hallway noise carries, as does nearby bathroom noise.
