Clean, comfortable, good value for money”
My Fiancé and I have stayed in the A25 on numerous times for work, and it has been consistently clean, comfortable and affordable. As we knew that it is in a good location and delivers on these fronts we stayed again on this occasion with 3 friends who had come to visit from the UK. Again the rooms were all clean and well-appointed - loads of amenities provided including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. as well as a well-stocked fridge full of beers and soft drinks and snack basket. The park view rooms are particularly nice and it was only a 15 min taxi ride (early morning 5:30am) to the airport. The A25 is a great little hotel.

Friendly, clean and not full of tourists”
In 1998 when I first stayed here this was one of the nicest hotels around. Tourism and increased competition have decreased its popularity but sitting alone in its 6th floor lounge overlooking the city I still find the park view a pleasant and now incredibly cheap place to stay. Breakfast is not included but if you leave the entrance and turn right there is a small street stall run by a smiling lady with a beautiful red hat who does a great bowl of noodles for 50p or 80c. Then after Brek take a walk in the lovely park from which the hotel takes its name and walk motorcycle or taxi down hai ba trung street into town. If you ask at the front desk they will sort you out with a motorbike for a day. Great to be back at park view and thanks to all the staff. Nice to leave with laundered clothes and a shower after a late check out. Please don't stay there I want to preserve this little gem for my next visit.

Great view of park -- ”
The ParkView was recently taken over by the police or military and renamed stupidly A25. In fact, it has great views of the park and is in a central location. The rooms overlooking the park are splendid. The smaller rooms are horrible. The rates are very good. I would recommend it for people who are used to Viet Nam, want a reasonably priced hotel (under $50) and like to see trees and a park from their balcony. Warning: payment by credit card not working when we were there and we had get cash from nearby ATM.

A good budget hotel”
A good budget hotel in district 3, nice views of the city from the upper floors. The whole floor carpeting however didn't feel very hygienic and the sheets could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly and gave maps and advice on where to eat. The street where the hotel is located is filled with clothing stores (international brands and affordable local brands), coffee shops and restaurants. It is also near the famous War Remnants Museum, a must see when in HCMC.

Spacious Suite Room”
- 2D1N stay (suite room) - No free bottled water given. - Their toiletries are considered good. (Dove brand) - Our room is very spacious and clean however, its a bit noisy outside as we are located just beside the road. AC is functioning well. - Opposite our hotel is a park and a bus stop. There's pharmacy, toy store, shopping center (clothes, accessories, bags etc) and coffee shops nearby. There's not much resto or foodshop around but if you'll walk further, you'll find a lot of food stores that offer different options. - Not all of their frontdesk staff can speak English. - I love their sandwich breakfast though the serving was too little, haha!

I have booked this hotel more than 7 times and I continue to come back. The price and what you get is a bargain. In addition the restroom has so many ammenities that are far better than the standard hotel quality. lastly, the location is prime with many attractions nearby

Good hotel”
It was good to stay here for our short trip to HoChiMinh. The location is good as it's right at the city center and can easily connect to any other area. The hotel have park view. Breakfast is acceptable and staff are very nice. Will come back for our next trip.

Nice place to have a quick stay”
They have branded shampoo and body soap (Dove)!! that is great to see from a 2* hotel. They also provide better than average toothbrush, toothpaste, and hand soap. small little details like this are important. room was comfortable and spacious. the only issue was the blinds werent high quality so the sun in the morning came in easily and hard to sleep late.

Aging hotel”
I stayed at this hotel 16 plus years ago. It was named the Park Hotel then. I don't think much maintenance has been done since then. This hotel is one of many hotels in Saigon under the A25 umbrella. If it is any reflection of what the A25 group has to offer they I suggest finding another hotel It needs upgrading and repair.

PREFERRED THE PREVIOUS NAME BUT STILL EXCELLENT”
I love this place. The staff were amazingly helpful the whole time I was there. You have to ask to have your room made up every day, which is a new development but the service was great. Clean tidy room with aircon, flatscreen, fan, minibar, steaming shower (and bath), laundry, kettle, food, notepads, toothpaste, razor, hair dryer etc.

Room did not match the pictures.”
When we booked the hotel we thought it was strange that all of the rooms had a park view, actually as you would imagine only half of them do, we were originally taken to a room facing a wall at the back of the hotel, but since we had paid a bit more to upgrade our room insisted that we wanted the park view. Our room certainly did not look like the pictures, maybe they are currently upgrading and are doing it bit by bit, or maybe they have just done up one room as an example. Staff were not particularly friendly, and after here we moved to the Tuan Viet Hotel at the opposite side of the park, which had much nicer rooms and was cheaper.

a pleasant stay altogether. budget hotel for those who need to stay a longer time in the city for work or business. like the park across the road and ease of getting taxis at all times of the day. lots of restsurants and local eateries in the vicinity and a convenience store next door...very handy when staying there on work assignments...food wifi

Great location with a 'home' feel to the room”
Very pleased with the room. Restroom in particular had Branded Shampoo, Body wash, better quality toothbrush, toothpaste which came to a surprise for a 2* hotel. Very happy. I would recommend this hotel ....

Cheap hotel with solid location”
This is average hotel quiet close to down town. No breakfast so you need to go out early morning. Rooms are solid little bit small for 2 star hotel. It is one more quiet disturbing things in here, this hotel is quiet popular destination for local call girl so during the night time sometimes can be also quiet noisy. Comparing price location it is ok not suitable for families with young kids and business guests.

Cheap and Clean”
I did enjoy my stay here. Its a basic hotel which is clean and convenient. It is next to a bank and a 24 hours convenient store. There is a coffee place round the corner and food available nearby. Its a clean and cheap hotel. It worked for me.

Run-down, old hotel”
The hotel has basic amenities in the room except a hair dryer. The hotel is old and run-down; some neon lights in the signage were out. The street in front of the hotel is also small and the park across the street was just a not-so-well-kept park where locals exercise. I was glad that I only booked it for one night because I was going somewhere else the next day. Had I booked it for the entire duration of my stay, I would have gone crazy.

Decent Okay Near Park”
Nearby there is a nice park to get some green in the middle of a busy city. Decent value for money. Hotel was suitably clean and nothing that messy/dirty. Staff performed well.
