Beatiful view from the window, very good localization in the middle of old town. The room was clean and nice. They give two towels (big and small) for each person. The receptionist was really helpful with advices about sightseeing the city in one day. It has been good decision to spent here one night.

Very clean, simple accommodation. The linen is crisp and white. The bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom is adequate. everything is basic, but it is roomy enough. Good for a quick overnight in very central part of town.

Excellent Room in Lovely Old Building”
Very Nice Check in Gentleman who gave us some tips on what to see in Firenze. A nice welcome. Everything was goid about this stay except the lift. However this is part of the old world charm of staying in Historic Cities. Excellent stay.

Value for money, 15 minutes walk from Firenze SMN train station, less than 10 minutes from Mercato Central and Duomo which was great, room was sufficient, but due to proximity to the main road and nearby bar and restaurant, it is quite noisy, but the view from our room was priceless, we can see the Duomo and Medici Chapel from our window!

Lift is too small to fit a person with bags. Shower Hob is too small, so water goes in entire bathroom space. Rooms with split level have a narrow staircase. The staircase is in the way and may hit someone in the head. Breakfast was diverse and nice. Staff was helpful. Room was as specified.

This hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to all the popular sites. There is a coin laundry across the road but the facilities n the hotel are nill. the room was clean but old.There was no fridge in the room which in summer may be an issue for many, especially if traveling in summer. A good option if you want to be in the center and are on a budget. It is also a hotel that affords you a lot more privacy than most.

Mixed emotions”
When checking in, I got a map of the city, and the receptionist gave me a very detailed description of the places to go and things to do in Florence. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a view on all the major landmarks. The room was cute, but much smaller than appears on pictures. The bathroom was not cleaned before I moved it, and there were a used razor and used soap left in the shower from the guest before me. First time I took a quick shower during my stay, the whole room got flooded because the drain was clogged. When I reported to the receptionist (now a different guy), he proceeded to get mad at me. To the hotel's credit, by the time I returned, the problem was fixed. Very disappointing nonetheless... Also - no breakfast, although breakfast was promised when I was booking. This is not too bad, as there are many cute breakfast places around the hotel, BUT I paid expecting breakfast, a shower that works, and a bigger room. Overall, mixed emotions.

The room wasn’t very clean, it was extremely cold and the heat DID NOT work. I woke up every single hour during the night either because of the noise from the outside, noise from the hallways or it being so damn cold in the room! There wasn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. The room smelled terrible and the hallways smelled even worse!!! Location was really good though and the staff was very nice!

This is a room not a hotel with no view and VERY noisy”
We artrivef at ‘main’ hotel only to be taken down few backstreets to our room. Room was on main road with busses & bikes running every 10 min until 2am. Impossible to sleep. Room had a tiny mezanine level with bed where springs dug into your back. After two horrid nights we asked for chg of room which we got. Staff lovely but this is not a hotel rather a building full of rooms.

No fridge in room. Light power goes off”
An item.was stolen from me during the cleaning and the hotel did not respond for it, they just say "I don't know what to tell you". Light power went off an entire night during summer, no one at the floor could sleep because of heat, they did not do much to solve it. There's no fridge to cool or keep food. Going there in summer is a nightmare.

Worst Hotel in Florence! ”
If you’re reading this, you’re considering this hotel.... Best advice you’ll get, press < and go to the Previous Page and keep scrolling! We had NO OPERATIONAL SHOWER and hotel did not care and offer any form of refund or move us to another room. Adding to this, the Toilet was leaking and was flooding the bathroom, their advice “we can offer towels so you place down on the floor”!! Arrived on a Wednesday Evening (after a long flight) and was staying until Sunday, left Friday afternoon to stay at another hotel! Here is the list: •No water pressure and no working shower. •Toilet seat not fixed to toilet properly. •Toilet leaking water from base. •Bathroom door all broken and rotted away at base and mouldy. •No refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee ect... •Noisy street •Pub below has live music until late and windows do not block out any sound. •Hotel is actually in a different building to check-in which is 100m down the street. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s seperate rooms rented out amongst residential properties. •Lift can only fit ONE person in at a time. •We did not choose Breakfast but to those who did and Breakfast was in its sister hotel 15min walk away. Agoda and other Hotel booking companies should serious reconsider having this property as an option for their customers. -1/10.

NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL. The bathroom was small, looks rusty. Completely not looking like what the description pictures. The heater was not working through out the whole stay, we had to wear puffer jackets to sleep. One of the receptionist was not helpful at all, kept telling us it’s working, don’t bother asking again. He was rude, irresponsible.
