"poor facilities and breakfast offer, no staffs to greed and take our belongings from car to room...almost all DIY need to pay and thy are no cheap....difficult to make a booking because they always full but after finally able to stay there for a night, we are disappointed by the facilities (poor swimming shower room), bad KTV equipment (mic does not always works), no private room for gym (they are open room!), very few playground for kids......And also, the sound proofing between rooms is terrible as we can heard people talking in the other rooms including people talking in the hallway. Breakfast is weak, very small area and very crowded, unenjoyable breakfast Don't understand why this hotel is so difficult to make a booking (always fully book) "

"We felt relax when entering the hotel. We liked the clean and spacious room. We loved the garden with a 'dry' fountain, a winding pool, a small pasture as well as swings facing the church and the lake. The Greek-island style environment provides a sense of holidays in mediteranean sea. It is an excellent resort for family during summer holidays as it takes only 5 minutes walk to a water park which holds the Yilan Int'l Children's Folklore & Folkgame Festival. My kid loved the water games very much. "

"We stayed 2 nights at Village B&B. The place was so relaxing that we didn't want to go out sightseeing but instead stay there for reading and resting. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was clean. We were supposed to be able to see the sunrise from our room but it was cloudy and rainy during our stay so we missed it. The owner was very friendly and helpful. As we wanted to go to a hotspring hotel in Jiaoxi, she helped us book a room in a hotspring hotel she recommended us. Will definitely stay there again next time. "

"Minsu is perfect for families with children! I stayed in the deluxe family room (car themed) for a night. With toys and a slide in the room, sandpit and motorized cars and motorbikes, my 4yo boy enjoyed himself thoroughly! Room is clean and safe for my 11mo boy to crawl around and play with the balls in the ball-pit as well. Breakfast is simple and there is a variety of dishes. Although location is not within the city, it is a short ride away. There is a rice field in front of the minsu and I really love the country side feel. A small packet of organic rice is given upon checkout too! Transport is provided to and from the train or bus station, but you need to let the owner know in advance. Only thing is there is no baby chair within the minsu, but it is not a major issue. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I stayed for a night but will recommend two nights as there are a number of attractions for children around the area. "

"The place is very clean and has a public area where adults can hang out after the kids are asleep. You will need a car when you stay here because it's not near the city. We did enjoy our stay and felt it was good for the bucks!"

"You would need a car to get here probably, or to anywhere in Yilan. This place has a garage for your car and really awesome for groups. It has an ensuite bathroom for all rooms, it has a huge living room, and private swimming pool on the top floor. Full kitchen, Apple TV, small library, great views of the fields... Staff were also super friendly. We were a group of 7 and fitted perfectly. Highly recommended!!!"

"Location: Not close to city. However, hosts are able to help arrange for transportation at own expense. Service: Superb service. Hosts are very friendly and will provide info on places of interest to visit in Yilan. Hosts are friendly and the whole ambience in this minsu is very cosy with a touch of European feel. Breakfast is cooked by lady host personally. Delicious and healthy. Overall, a great getaway. Extended one more night of stay with the hosts. 'cc'c'"
