One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at.”
the Hotel concierge was arrogant and rude to my wife in demanding her passport as she entered the place. He was grubby and Smelt of stale cigarettes. He was also wearing the same T shirt the next day when we left. The bedroom was very small and cramped, the toilet cistern flooded and had to be turned off by hand. reporting this to the "Manager" Produced a shrug of the shoulders and the fact that they were full. The shower was dismal, more lukewarm water leaked from the Flexible hose and the hand piece than actually came from the shower rose. The wall fitting was also falling away from the wall. Breakfast was uninviting and ran out of protein products eg: ham and cheese very quickly, the rest of the meal was uninviting and one Left the table feeling hungry and still unsatisfied. My impressions of the Managers is that they lack the necessary people skills and empathy for the guests needs and have no intention Of learning to be in tune with the guest's likes and requirments. I would re rate this Hotel as a 1 star or less.

Budget option to stay close to the railway station”
This is a good hotel for a few nights stay if you need to be close to the Brescia railway station (not the very best neighbourhood though). It's a bit old and the furniture is out-dated (I think the hotel is more two than three stars), but the staff are very nice and helpful, and breakfast is good. We were satisfied with this hotel, but we stayed for one night only.

Tranquillo ed economico, ma disponibilità Hi-Tech”
Un hotel economico e ben posizionato, a due passi dalla stazione, senza pretese di eccellenza ma con tutte le commodity tecnologiche (che a volte mancano in hotel di maggior prestigio e costo): un'ottima internet wireless e un climatizzatore efficiente ma non raggelante.

４泊しました。朝食は野菜が無いなど不満もありますが、それ以外は及第レベル。部屋の設備も料金を考えると満足できます。なによりも鉄道、地下鉄駅から徒歩２分、町の中心へも徒歩１５分程度で行ける立地で、観光、ビジネスどちらでも利用できるホテルです。
