Albergo Rusall was such a fantastic find. The Inn is perched high up on the mountain which gives an unobstructed view of Lago de Como and the town of Belaggio and the postcard perfect backdrop of towering mountains. The room and facilities were very good which really manifested the pride of ownership of the owner/manager and staff. The breakfast served to the guests was exceptional and the dinners were very flavorful , authentically Italian snd very reasonable in price. But what made my stay at the Albergo Rusall a truly memorable experience was the very accommodating, engaging and efficient owner/manager and staff. They really knew how to give TLC to their guests., especially Franco. He made me feel as part of his family. I couldn’t say enough about magical my stay was. Though not the easiest way to get yhere, the drive up the mountain in Tremezzo was trily worth. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this quaint and rustic Inn to anyone visiting Lago de Como.
