I chose this hotel when that day I was reach on this province I’m very tired by driving car but this hotel is very good responding on my booking. I’m at hotel on 10PM and front staff is very good helping. They have many building my room may so far from lift and parking is a bit far from gate. Breakfast is good, normal standard for 4star hotel like this but I’m impressed with good responsive of staff here bc I’m travel many place with using Agoda app and some place not working for their booking faster than this. So next time I will go to this hotel again :)

Nicest hotel in Phitsanulok right next door to a great park for exercise”
Very comfortable and well-maintained hotel with a resort like atmosphere. Very nice swimming pool and good prices in the restaurant. Just next door is a huge park that is very popular for exercise in the evening, biking, running, etc.

All ok with this hotel, my opinion is if they keep the prices sensible you will have a good stay here, breakfast room is very bright and airy with nice view of garden and swimming pool, room ok to good bed comfy, plenty of safe covered parking

We were very happy here. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very nice swimmingpool. The place is made for a larger crowd. When we were there, off season, only few visitors were there. The restaurant felt overdimensioned for the small number of people. Kids ordered pizza but this was not quite like what they had expected. When in Rome...

Very nice place a bit off from city center, though its a 70 baht taxi ride to go there so no big deal. Very friendly staff and the pool is really nice and probably the nicest one in Phitsanulok.

This is a classy hotel with a lovely pool, set back 150 metres from the road, partly surrounded by a garden and with some old trees along the driveway. Although not the newest, the quality wooden furniture is timeless.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. the renovation in the interior is actually very successful, which is rare in thailand, the hotel is located a few km from the town center, but next to a great park for walks and all kind of sporting activities by local people, highly recommended to join or having a look in the early evening. In the soi you can find good cheap soup places and Jackie: if you can eat hot, this place is not to be missed:exceptional.
