Highly recommended to those wanna stay nearby train station ”
First of all, the premise is about 3 minutes away from the Firenze S.M station. It is very easy to locate the place, and nearby got mini market, restaurant and fast food like McDonald. It is very convenient as don’t need to carry luggage for long time as it is close the train station. The host is very nice, friendly and helpful. We are allowed to left our luggage before check in time so that we can travel freely without carry luggage around. The room is very comfortable, got heather, spacious, and with kitchen facilities. We did enjoy our two night stay. Highly recommend to those for 5 person stay, need kitchen facilities.

Modern Renovated Location”
Pros - close to train station and town centre, very quiet, very clean, modern, great service, good air conditioning Recommended restaurants were excellent. Cons - when you arrive, you buzz, and they let you in and come down to meet you. It's a bit unnerving just because there is not really a reception area on the street, and you don't know if you are in the right place, but this is normal in Europe. Bigger or any street sign above the door would probably help but not sure if it's allowed on an apartment/guesthouse style property. Otherwise, we were super happy once we got in. :)

thank you very much for your nice review. I just wanted to let you know that we are a guest house and not a hotel so it's normal not to have the reception on the street. It is not possible to put the sign on the entrance door because it is prohibited by law, but there is a very large sign immediately to the left of the entrance door. Back again to Apollo for your next vacation in Italy.

Good quality iron, hair dryer, coffee pot, vending machine, smart TV with netflix etc.) - good location (near smn stn./ city center / market) - very friendly staff - very clean and modern interior - all the stuff clean and good enough So readyvto be used - never be disturbed while staying - even liked the elevator and the door lock system Totally recommend the guesthouse Way better than any other hotel

Across the road from the train station and around the corner from Florence Centre, perfect location. To attract the manager to get access, call the number on the door, the ones on the website don’t work. We waited 20 minutes not sure if we could get in! Breakfast isn’t included as stated, you receive a ticket to get a reduction on a Café down the road. Didn’t look to good, so we just went elsewhere. The room was clean (smelled like cheese, but you got used to that).

This place is clean and quiet . The best thing is very close from SMN station . There is a big supermarket (conard) nearby , too. Most sight seeing places are around there . You can walk to go to famous places in Firenze. The people who work here are all kind and nice . If I come back to Firenze, I want to stay here again . Thank you

Ideally located a few minutes away from the heritage district, the room was sparkling clean, quiet and well-equipped (brand new A/C, coffee machine, Netflix...). The bed is huge and comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. Make sure you receive all the instructions for self-checking prior to arriving at Apollo Guest house (you need the various code to get because the building is secured). Fully recommended!

Excellent Hotel”
This hotel deserves a 10! Its just a short walk from the train station and near to the places we wanted to visit. The owner Alessandro is really friendly and helpful. The room is large and spacious and you feel like you are in your own bedroom rather than in a regular hotel room. The whole place feels clean and well-maintained. High recommended!

I spent 3 nights in here. All the staff and host are really helpful! The atmosphere did warm up and the staff were attentive from start to finish. Also I like the location a lot. It is convenient because there is a vending machine in the building. Perfect stay in here:)

This place is amazing! Its such a pity that we are only staying here for 1 day. Its clean, its near the train station and restaurant n supermarket too. They hv netflix and my kids love it! Kitchen size is good too. Would love to stay here again.

Near train station, staff are kind, everything looks decent, room is clean and enough for two travellers. They have lift, it’s small but it’s okay so that we do not need to climb stairs. The toilet is big and clean. Have Terrance.

Amazing owner and location”
The owner made the self-check in very seamless and easy. Any time I had questions or needed to leave my luggage, he was very responsive and kind...even the staff that worked there. RIGHT NEXT to the station and close to San Lorenzo. A lot to do at night and I always felt safe. Great halal place up the street also.

The location of the guest house is good, very near to the S.M.N station. There is a supermarket near by the guest house. The room is big! The bed mattress is very comfortable and I had a really good sleep there. You can watch youtube and even Netflix on TV! I really recommend this guest house.

Great location”
It was our first time in Florence and we stayed for 5 nights. Location was great, just a short walking distance from the central station and there were lots of restos around, even a Mcdo branch and some grocery stores as well. Design was modern which we liked. The only issues we had was the water heater would fluctuate in the shower area. Plus the heater in the room would not turn on at night so it was rather cold in the room (mid April). Those issues could be addressed and attended to by the property owners, I'm sure. But overall, we had a great memorable stay!

Thank you for reviewing, the problems you had maybe there were some things unclear: the cold room in mid-April due to the law heating cannot be switched on in buildings like ours. However you had the split and you could choose to have also 36 degrees in the room ...; )! as for the warm water ... probably in a moment of loading (in which everyone was showering) it was enough to wait 2 minutes for the boiler to be recharged to compensate when everyone uses water ... I hope to have you back soon and thank you
