Average Stay (Executive Apartment Room 1008- 2 night)”
Pros 1. Near to Kuching esplanade/waterfront. 2. Room located at level 10, good city view especially at night. 3. Average price per night for family of 4. 4. Kitchenware.. refrigerator all provided & functioning. 5. Got 2 rooms, so if other family members wanna rest, they can stay in the room without interruption. 6. Air conditioning all functioning, cool and pleasant stay. 7. Breakfast was sent by pack to the room at 7.30am. Average local food. Cons 1. Worst and unstable wifi. Please take action on this as TV only has 1 channel. So, it’s better to watch Netflix in laptop. Please fix this ya. 2. During our arrival, it was quite confusing as the building connect with the bank & other agencies. Luckily the guard and lobby receptionist very helpful. Credit to them. 3. Reception counter located at level 4. Please don’t forget to ask the way to your room especially during your first time check-in here, and don’t forget to ask the CARPARK KEY/CARD together if you wish to park at the basement (free of charge). My experience, the receptionist just gave me the room key, even i already asked about the basement carpark. Still.. give credit to the guard, he really helped me even i need to go up and down, so tiring especially bringing all the luggage. But, i’m not blaming the staff as he had a good manner. Maybe he forgot. 4. Washing machine not functioning !! Please fix this ya. Luckily the dryer functioning. Overall, nice place to stay for family. Will definitely come again. Thanks. Still give 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Agoda always offer Good price for this very typical high star hotel. Everything just nice and clean. Especially the receptionist, helpful and kind.he just fulfil all my request, such like basement parking card, hair-dryer, late check out on 1 pm. Very nice stay experience and worth of it.

Best place to stay if you are family”
I was checked in late at almost 12am. During checked in the reception staff told me my room is yet to be ready so he upgraded out room to Executive apartment. Really glad for the upgrade & the apartment have washing machine. Too bad there's problem with water heater. There's time the water heater was ok.. Others time were not. If you happen to go to Kuching with family, this is the best place to stay.

Room 1501 This is an apartment with two bedroom. 1 double bed and 2 singgle bed. Equiped with washing machine and dryer. Basic kitchen utilities provided. Everything is okay but i think, i wrongly click smoking room. So smelly. Walking distance to UTC and not so far away from kuching waterfront. During our stay, swimming pool not open yet due to Gov restriction. Definately will come and stay here again.

Pros: 1. Far from heavy traffic 2. Location is strategic 3. Suitable for long stay 4. Easy to find 5. Staff are very friendly 6. Clean Cons: 1. Hot water not working properly 2. The entrance is at the back of the building (which is not very pleasant) 3. Cigarettes smell (eventho I chose non smoking room)

Above all, this place is great! Friendly and helpful staff, very cooperative, walking distance to malls and foods. This place provides dvd player which is great!! Great city view! Very very satisfied with my stay. Overall 10/10.

Cozy apartment”
It such a nice place for weekend gateway. Not that far from Kuching Waterfront where just 7 min away from the hotel. The only things i dislike about this place is, if you stay for more than 1 a day, they will serve you the same breakfast menu for you.

2nd time stay, overall good”
Staying with family of 4 for 2 nights Pros 1. Previously stayed at level 10, but this time got room at level 14, which i love so much, love the city view during day and night. My book was premier room, but we were given executive room, same setting and decoration as previous room. 2. Staff were friendly and soft spoken. 3. Strong wifi compare to level 10 last time. Cons 1. Last stay got washer problem (can't operate), but this time got dryer problem (spinning but no heat at all). Please fix this ya. 2. Lift got problem during check-out, called the reception counter and was asked to use lift at level 13, using the emergency exit to level 13. (lift under maintenance) -not their fault as we don't expect this to be happen. Overall, i have a nice stay. Thanks for the good hospitality and will come back soon. Recommended !!

Had a pleasant stay, facilities such as iron, hair dryer is provided in room which is good. The location was great, you can walk around Kuching town & The Hills was nearby. I love the city view from my room! And outsiders can’t really access the area because you need to have a access card to enter, so it was quite safe. You have to take a lift to access the receptionist area which was so confusing. It was a bit worn down i guess, the flush in toilet didn’t work too well, the wifi keep losing connection and slow & there’s not a lot of TV channels provided.

The room is so huge! Unfortunately, you can't go outside/inside Ariva after 8pm by using main entrance. If you still insist to go out, you need to use "backdoor" entrance. Not just that, if you stay around Sarawak and bringing your own car, its so difficult to find a parking. The security wouldn't allow you to park nearby area. Else you have to park it at your neighbor hotel, The Pullman Hotel. Of course, you have to spend extra on it. About the room, no worries. It's got what you want.
