Room Preparation ”
I've booked this room nearly the midnight and it's understandable about the my experiences that I have. The room that i had is not completely prepared yet, at the first step into the room, I've saw that the laundry are not placed in where it's belong but it just stand in the middle if the room and they are smelly that i can know it through my medical mask. The bath room didn't have any things that it's should be, even a single potion of shampoo, towel or the blanket on the bed. So I have to call the reception to take every things to my room in the middle of the night. From above, I can assumed that the room are not ready for urgent services. For the staff services is nearly perfect, and the breakfast is great.

Book in advanced but got higher price than last minute booking. This is so terrible. Plus, sea view cheaper than leading room type when I was booking. But at least they upgraded when I complained. Parking area not connected to the hotel so when heavy rain can’t walk to the hotel.

-We check in around 6pm but we must wait the room for 30 mins. Not complimentary anything we must ask for that - We book suit room. The room has everything exceptional kettle. - We ask for plate and spoon but this day no one seevice fore me Everything is ok. but lack of staffs and not service enough.

A bit neglected”
The first time i went to the hotel (3-4 years ago), it was much cleaner and more organized and i was impressed. This time is a bit of a disppointment. I was checked into the room that was already occupied by someone else. I had to come back down to check in again. Check in took too long. The room wasnt clean. There's stain on the wall. I think overall it's still a good hotel full of potential. At the moment it seems the hotel is being negelcted.

Very bad experience for my last day of 2022！Next door guest very noisy, front desk did nothing! No shower curtain, so after shower, you can image the whole bash room is wet Air conditioner not adjustable, the room is freezing , so every two hours has to stop it manually, even during the night! House keeping people are very kind, this is the only good part
