Very pleasant stay in the old part of the city - very picturesque, close to the seashore. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Nearby, very good restaurants with good prices, recommended by the host. Very good and tasty breakfast with cheeses, sausages, fresh fruit, eggs (on request), fresh croissants, and delicious cakes. Wonderful coffee, especially tasty. Breakfast is taken on a terrace on the top level. The room was not very big, but comfortable and clean. This room cannot be easily accessed by people with motor disabilities. Thanks to Riccardo for his kindness and pleasant presence.

It is not a complaint but we are not fans of a shower room without privacy - everything can be seen from the room. This, however, did not diminish the pleasure of staying at this location.

Breakfast was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and Riccardo is an excellent owner.

The property is conveniently located near the city center and the beach. Rooms were very clean, good climate control, no unwanted odors, with adequate protection for external city noise. Bathroom very well fitted, with an excellent shower. TV with Netflix. The property manager was very helpful. Thank you Riccardo.

The location is excellent near to the beach and you can walk around the city since everything is close, the rooms are beautiful, they have a unique touch. The terrace is spectacular and the best thing is the hosts, Riccardo and his mon are very special they make you feel at home. I already want to return on my next vacations.

We stayed here for 5 nights and I must say it was an exceptional choice. The location of the property is just perfect, about 50 meters away from the beach and the old city wall. The owner, Riccardo offered us outstanding services, offering us transfer by his car from the train station to the property and back on the day of departure. He is really very polite and to helpful. The room was very clean and nice, not very big but quite enough for what you need. The bathroom was also very well equipped and very clean, including a bidet which you do not find in many properties. The bed sheets and towels were exchanged even more often than they should have. The included breakfast was excellent and it was served on a beautiful roof terrace. I recommend this property 100% and use the opportunity to thank Riccardo again for providing us with a great stay in Monopoli!

Absolutely stunning. Recently renovated Modern inside in the heart of the historic town. our balcony gave on the spaggia right beside the old city wall. Loved Ricardo video on his website Breakfast is either sweet, salty or both. We felt so great walking in the streets of Monopoli who has such a welcoming feeling. Riccardo is a great host. Modern and chic, well appointed rooms with spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed, just a few steps from the public parking at the entrance to the old town. Directly in the middle of everything Monopoli has to offer. Nice served breakfast on the terrace with a choice of sweet or salty plus very good coffee, all generous and tasty. Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, we would definitely book again.

For us perfectly fine, we liked the Italian small town atmosphere - for very sensitive sleepers probably a little noisy at night and in the morning - closed windows absorb most of it though.

Riccardo is truly the best host you will ever meet. He greeted us personally, even when we arrived late into Monopoli, he made us delicious breakfasts and he answered all of our questions. He is such an energetic and positive person that he lights up the morning! Thank you Riccardo.

Nothing - we mentioned to Riccardo that we would have loved to have a kettle in our room and he provided one straight away.

Everything at this hotel was perfect! Our host, the lovely Riccardo, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and he is rightly incredibly proud of his beautiful hotel. Perfectly situated in the old town, a stones throw from the stunning beach. We could not have asked for more. My husband Joe and I have not stopped raving about this GEM of a B&B. The owners were incredible, they couldn't do enough for us and the property is impeccably clean and beautiful. Breakfast every morning was superb, fresh fruit platter, local cheeses and deli meats, fresh bread rolls, croissants and local custard tarts (to die for!), and Riccardo's homemade cake every morning too. Best coffee in town. Cannot wait to go back there next year....did not want to leave!

Couldn't fault the place, everything was seriously perfect. 22 steps from the building to the beautiful coastal beach, where we swam every morning before breakfast - just divine :o)
