nice place, but shower entrence is a pain”

The breakfast and the staff were great. The place is located in a nice building, friendly neighours, silent, nice terrace, good view. is in the center at fairly close distance to the most important sites, returants and bars and the train station. Nice electrib bide in the bathroom :) with warm water.
In the pictures it is not visible but the bathroom is superbly small. This would be still ok, but entrance to the shower is very narrow. Not for claustrophobics :)

Typical Italian breakfast, the host did the cake everuy day herself. Very nice! Location is great to walk around the whole city.
There were some works going on in the building next to us. Nothing the property can control obviously, but it was a bit annoying to start the day with drilling at 8am during a holiday.

The apt is located in a busy road at the entrance of the center, well connected to public transport. Apt is nice and clean, recently renovated, and it consists of two rooms with a shared kitchen and private bathrooms. No bad surprises, our stay was good!
Breakfast a bit basic, communication by the owners could be improved.

Well located, both train station and city center are walkable. Bedroom is part of A larger apartment which gives a homey feeling. Cleanliness is ok, could be better on the floor. Check-in staff very friendly, a bit too verbose and never ending. Landlord is less friendly. Breakfast is super basic. All in all very average but the great fare makes up for it

Recomendable para una estancia en Bolonia”

La ubicación era muy buena, muy cerca de la estación. El personal muy atento y amable. Buenas vistas desde la terraza o balcón. El desayuno era bastante completo, había bizcocho casero, galletas, magdalenas, pan, mantequilla, Nutella, embutidos, café.... Todo estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. En general, muy buena relación calidad-precio.
No pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora del checkin en la recepción, aunque no tuvimos problemas para dejarlas a la salida. El baño quizás no es muy cómodo por ser algo pequeño. Se escucha mucho el ruido del resto de las habitaciones.
