Solid if slightly off to the center of FIrenze”
This hotel seems like an excellent option for groups of young travelers - an upscale (and much cleaner) youth hostel. I wouldn't stay here with a family or if we (a couple) were staying for longer than a night. Pro's: clean, has air con, and very helpful and accommodating staff. On the downside: the location in Firenze is not near the center city and the breakfast was disappointing (better to not pay for this additional item and head into a local cafe for delicious local yogurt or pastries and cappuccino). All in all fine.

Simple and Clean”
Basic facilities, modern B&B hotel setup. The only minus point is the lift, long wait time and is small. However, I like the neighborhood. If you make a right turn, you will find some pretty cool shops and cafe. Had 4 nights stay here and I enjoyed all my Firenze brekkie and coffee!

Away from the bustling city”
Not too far away airport/city, close proximity to Piazzale Michelangelo if you don't mind a morning/evening hike up hill. The bus to and fro to the train station is quite confusing! Due to some constructions work around the train station (tram). Easy to take a bus ride from hotel to train station but I did not manage to get the bus back after searching for 2 days. Do take note of the end of operation service time, it ends at 8pm! Sound proof of the room is not fantastic but ok for me as I stayed at the end of the long corridor. You know when your next door neighbor is back when they used the bathroom. Other than transportation and walls thickness, the rest are ok for a B&B hotel.

I like the location: close to bus line, river, supermarket. Room is clean and comfortable. We like B&B Hotel chain. We booked again in Milan with B&B Hotel again.

Comfortable, friendly, terrace and aircon”
I arrived at 9am to Florence after a 24 hours of flying and my room was ready for me when I taxied straight to the hotel. Such a blessing. 15 walk to the centre so I got to enjoy some of the less touristy stores and cafes before hitting the major landmarks. Staff were wonderful as I am slowly learning the language and they have been helping me out. Great stay. Wifi is so fast.

Very nice, clean hotel”
Extremely good desk clerk, very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is on the very edge of city center though - we didn't mind walking a few extra blocks so it was perfect for us. If you want to be in the middle this isn't it.

Staff were friendly and always helpful. Luckily Florence is a small city, so this hotel being on the edge of it was not too far. The room itself was nice, but we found stains on the sheets that looked like bloodstains.

Staff friendly. Room clean, but shower place without cover causing water to throw onto floor. But there are some good dinning places around, cafeteria food prices reasonable compared with city center.

Good location”
The hotel is situated at the outskirt of the city centre, but nearby enough for a short walk to the city centre. However, the hotel has no parking facilities. You can park your car for free from 8pm-8am inside the blue lines boxes on the streets around the hotel. From 8am to 8pm you will have to pay an hourly parking.There is no fridge nor a simple water boiler in the rooms, that was disappointing. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel as a solo traveller. It is on the small side, so keep that in mind when booking. Everything is new, so it was the cleanest and most up to date place I stayed my whole trip in Italy in my budget. The only downside is that it is a bit of a walk to the main attractions such as the Duomo, the train station, shopping. Also, late at night, nothing to eat close by past 11pm if you're walking.

overall happy with our booking. rooms clean and spacious and comfortable for a 3*** hotel. loaction is EXCELLENT for shopping, city tours, etc. as it is walking distance anyhwhere e.g. about 10-15 minutes to the cathedral. Everything close to the hotel that might be needed for a quick solution (restaurant, bus stop, gelateria) as well as just nearby the river...

Ok place to stay”
We expected though that there would be a fridge in the room (there wasn't) and that the airconditioning would be cooler (didn't work at all the first night--- but staff addressed problem same day we reported it). Location is good as it is near several restaurants and a supermarket. Tourist spots also just 15-20mins away by foot which helps to drive down commuting costs. Place is okay, over all, especially considering the price. :-)

Stayed only for overnight. Was impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the hotel staff. Pleasantly surprised with the view of the dome from my Veranda. Although I thought it was closer to the city.However, bus stop was only a 2 minute walk away.

So noisy,could hear every word of the conversation coming from the room next door at 2.30 and 4.30 in the morning!rooms are fairly small. Location was ok,20-30 Minute walk to middle of city centre,cathedral etc.

Location 20 minute walk from centre, many hotels closer same price and/or cheaper. Could do with a paint job. Lifts very small. Couldn't fit 2 suitcases and us 2 in the lift. Stayed in better hotels for cheaper price. No fridge. No complimentary water.
