Value for money”
Overall very pleasant stay for three nights. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Ample free parking. A good hotel to stay and is near to the Europcar for returning the rental car (1.6 km from the hotel). Buffet breakfast at 10.9 Euro for two persons was value for money as you almost can't find any place for a good breakfast at this price within a 100 meter radius. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we come to Florence again.

The hotel I chose for the car parking.However, when we entered the hotel, Pino at the reception conquer our heart. He is very friendly and talkative. The hotel is very clean.You can reach Florence center quickly by bus. The only minus in the room , there is no wardrobe only hanger :)

good hotel close to the airport”
We stayed here for one night during a short layover. The hotel is a good bargain for the money, It was quiet (despite being close to the airport); clean; friendly. Obviously for the cost it is no frills but did include WiFi. There is an easy way to get into the heart of Florence via a bus. Tickets for the bus were available from the hotel staff.

Good place to stay”
We know the b&b hotels company from germany, so we had our expectations what it would be like and were not disappointed. Everything was clean and quiet. The stuff was friendly. We had a parkingplace. The center was about 20 minutes away with the bus. The busstation was right infront the hotel. Thank you very much!

Exceptional”
A great value and so close to the Florence airport. Right around the corner from a bus stop which made it easy to go back to the City Market to shop.The staff was super about giving transportation instructions and also getting a reliable driver to pick us up before 5 AM to go to the airport. When I return to Italy this will definitely be the hotel I select for the night before returning to the States.

We stayed at B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli due to its vicinity to the airport, as we had a red-eye flight the next morning. It is not a B&B, but rather a budget hotel. Rooms are very basic. Cleanliness was fair. There are vending machines in the hotel lobby but no restaurants nearby. The check-in line was long, with ne pleasant staff member managing check in and all other requests on his own.

Florence stay at Viva Alexander Hotel”
We are very happy that we booked trough Agoda the Hotel Viva Alexander. We stayed in a clean well maintained hotel for half the price then the less star hotels closer to centre. Easily acsessible with bus, bus stop is right by hotel. We were able to use the restaurant, there is coffe at all ours, the stuff trated us nicely and the maid service was really super.We could walk out of the hotel and walk freely in the neigboourhood and visit nearby coffe bars. Bank is next door and place to buy bus ticket.Make sure to use correct bus fares as it is checked frequently and we have seen some very sad people who will have to pay over a 100.00 euros for trying to cheat on the bus!!!

1. Location was good if you have a car. Parking is free. 2. Clean. 3. Very friendly, English-speaking staff. 4. Good breakfast, although hot foods were limited (though this seems normal for most Italian hotels). 5. Great Wi Fi internet, only location in 5 weeks where we could stream 4K videos on YouTube. 6. No kettle or tea in room from memory (also seemed normal in Italy).

Reasonably priced hotel - just a little far out of the old part of Florence if that's the part you're planning to visit - maybe 30 mins by regular bus ( we never waited more than 5 mins either end for a bus). Staff were very helpful.

A B&B with No Breakfast Included”
We reserved the hotel and assumed that breakfast would be included since it was a B&B. When we got there the receptionist told us that breakfast would be extra. We thought this was ridiculous that they wouldn't have just included it. The room itself wasn't bad, and had a small area you could go out on to see the view.

Close to the airport”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and close to a nice pizzeria and excellent gelato shop that were recommended by the motel. The room was clean and tidy. It was a nice motel and near bus stops to get you to the main sights of Florence. It had a very inviting foyer with TV and snacks available.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, spacious, but location is not near the tourist places. Good choice if you have a tour guide with you that will pick you up and drop you off. Also, breakfast is good for 5 euros only.

The hotel is really basic and clean. Nothing flash, but who goes to Florence for the hotels. I loved my stay, so cheap and basic. Lots of families, and young people. A bit out of town, but the bus was great. All in all, a great basic, clean and tidy spot

It was a right decision to stay at this hotel. Everything was great. Nothing to complain about. The location very near with bus stop, there was also mini market n foods near the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel for my next trip.

Great hotel but outside the city”
A great hotel with all the basic facilities available. Very cooperative staff unlike people in Italy. Special mention to Antonio who provided us dining space and helped us download the local food ordering app to order food late in the night. They also provided us hot water to cook food. The only negative of this hotel was that it was 8-9 km from the city center which involved a travel of 30-40 mins one way because of the traffic. Overall a great experience with high value for money.

Very friendly staff. The City centre is on 20 mins by bus. Use bus 22 and get off the bus at the last stop. The bus is late usually 15-20 mins. Free parking in front of the hotel. There is a nice restaurant nearby “Portico 91”.
