much better than expected”
A really nice, clean, convenient hotel if you are flying out of Florence airport. Spacious rooms, modern amenities, and a friendly staff. We don't usually expect much from that last place we stay before flying out early at the end of a trip, but this one was a very pleasant surprise. Also good places to eat and shop within a mile or so.

Great as an airport location”
Quick taxi ride to city center Florence costs 25€. We picked this hotel for a one night stay cuz we needed something close to the airport. This hotel was the last place we stayed in Italy, and we wanted time to shop in downtown Florence. The hotel room was very nice and the beds were comfortable! Staff was great!

Great for Value”
It was the perfect balance quality/value. The location was a bit far from the historic city centre and in a high-density population area, but an easy bus ride brought me to the heart of Firenze. The staff was very friendly, perfect English speaking and it was possible to buy the bus tickets from them. Generous continental breakfast too. Big + for the convenient car park.

francesca on reception restored my faith in human nature having had a nightmare finding this hotel as a result of being given incorrect bus info by tourist info centre in city centre. in fact the 15/20 min journey into the centre is easy if you get the right bus! (no. 22 from right outside the hotel). the room was large and clean but the hotel could do with some decent soundproofing as noise from adjoining rooms and especially the plumbing resonate around the room day and night. but back to francesca; she speaks excellent english & couldn't be more helpful giving invaluable transport advice as well as recommendations on places to visit and good local restaurants. i hope the b&b chain pay her handsomely as she is a great ambassador for them!

We came across this chain by accident whilst looking for a different hotel. The staff were super helpful! The room(s) were great and best of all was the good shower! Will definitely look at this brand when booking again in Europe!

Not great not bad”
The rate at hotelbb.it is Euro57 per night and I'm charged Euro67 per night by Agoda. Same happened with my booking for B&B Trastevere Roma. Not happy. Room was ok but there is a very busy road in front of the hotel so it gets a bit noisy from the traffic in the morning.

This place is a very good area for family and couples who ate staying more than 3 nights. You have a laundry shop down the street, the bus stop which takes you around 25mins to city, there is also a place to eat. Their staff guisseppe is very helpful and very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel.

location of this hotel is quite far from city centre. you have to take 1 bus to go to city centre. Eating place is limited but there is a good pizza place nearby. Breakfast is served in the hotel and is good, enough to power you until lunch time.

The Internet is the best, security for your items are secure location is close to a laundry shop which is good. Cafe and kebab shop close by if you need to get food. The design is very modern and contemporary. I highly recommend this place!

Poor quality for the price ”
The staff was wonderful but this was basically the quality of a hostel for the price of a hotel. Our shower leaked all over and flooded the bathroom which must be common because there were water stains on the ceiling. We added the all you can eat breakfast buffet for 7.5 euros and it was not worth it at all. They had some cereal and pastries and juice which was worth maybe 4 Euros but certainly not 7.5.
