Location is very good, next to the port and city center
The advertisement did not include the full information, the room we booked was one out of two rooms apartment and the toilet and shower are outside of the room. very uncomfortable stay, sharing the apartment with strangers, the host did not informed the guests that there's more people staying in and they were very noisy and disorganized.

Civitavecchia short stay”

The self contained bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and nicely presented. The breakfast basket was very nice. A cafe/ restaurant is situated adjacent to the entrance which was very convenient. The room with the balcony has lovely views over the marina and harbour.
The property is not easy to find as the entrance door is located in a pedestrianized area, away from the main road. The entrance is poorly identified and it was necessary to obtain a key safe code, by text, to gain access to the building and allocated room.

Easy walk from train station to the apartment and then to the cruise line shuttle area. Great location for walking around the town and proximity to restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Will recommend to everyone and we will stay here again for another cruise.

Love this place and would stay again”

Breakfast was basic but good. View was amazing plus balcony very nice. Showers and facilities modern and nice. Owners very friendly and helpful.
Checking in was supposed to be a lock box for the room key but the email notification was late and we missed this and the the combo for the lock box. We thought they would be there or come. We had to call but the owners were very responsive and it worked out.

Best place to stay in Civitavecchia”

The host was amazingly helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The location was fantastic. I would recommend you to stay there if you are ever in Civitavecchia. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. This place is the real deal.

I would choose room number 2 if I had known there were 2 rooms. Very loud neighbours.”

Location is perfect the apartment very clean the host very friendly.
Same entrance for another room which is not mentioned, the kitchen has to be shared with an other room and you have to go to that common kitchen before you reach your bathroom. it should be mentioned on the website The neighbours are extremely loud and their dog kept barking till 1 30 am To the owner ; please change the bed it is extremely uncomfortable. We spoke to the people who hired the other room although this one has no balcony they have no neighbours and so it was more quiet they said.
