Unusual Concept ”
The view of the port isn't great, also the constant noise is annoying. There was no staff, just a lady who only spoke Italian who came twice for a few hours. She only accepts cash which was not clear in advance and annoying because it meant using an ATM and paying fee's. There was no room safe and the balcony door was broken so the room was not secure. Breakfast was a box of cornflakes but no bowl or milk!! It was functional, close to the ferry for Capri and Almafi coast, 5 mins walk from historic area and we were able to get assistance from the cafe across the street.

Appréciations sur la chambre et l'accueil”
Un B & B de 3 chambres qui sont très agréables et confortables au 8ème étage d'un immeuble. Chambres spacieuses, lumineuses, climatisées et insonorisées. Quartier bien situé, bus, taxis. Petit déjeuner nul, le thé est servi dans des gobelets plastiques pas plus grands qu'un dé à coudre !!! Il est recommandé de passer par la pâtisserie du quartier si vous avez faim le matin. Paiement: dans l'annonce internet il est dit que l'on peut payer par CB, la réalité est autre, il faut payer cash et quand vous réclamez une facture il faut attendre 24 heures!!?? le tout fait sans grande amabilité.

地下鉄駅が周囲にないため、移動の主体はトラムになりますが、1便あたりの時間間隔が長く不便です。周囲は治安がいいとは言い難く、一人で何かを叫びながら徘徊する頭のおかしい（薬物中毒？）を1日の滞在で2人ほど遭遇しました。スパッカナポリには徒歩でいけますが、あえてこのエリアに滞在する必要性は全く感じません。ナポリでは夜もある程度安心して歩け、買い物や移動の利便性も高いムニチピオ駅周辺エリアがお勧めです（サンタルチアも治安は良いが、交通の便が悪い）。部屋は狭いですが、清潔に保たれています。シャワーの水圧は弱めで残念。良かった点としては、ベランダからベスビオ火山を一望できる眺望の良さは素晴らしいと思いました。注意点としては、エレベーターは10セントコインをいれないと稼働しません。
