Amazing service”

Checkin is at another reception just few minutes walk away, and they offered me a room right at that hotel (as they are of the same property). The room offered to me is even better than my previous one, like a studio, with a kitchen and bar table. Besides all the facilities, laundry, indoors swimming pool, and roof terrace, the staff there are absolutely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend even though it is not super close to the center, around 10-15 minutes walk.

Very clean and nice location ”

We enjoyed our stay in this place, the only thing is I had no idea where to check in until I get there( I rang the bell, there was a lady told us I had to go to next street to check in), I didn’t receive any email in advance. The lift in the building is only for the residents not for hotel guests, it made us a bit inconvenient to bring our luggages to upstairs. Other than that, staffs and the room are all beautiful and nice.

Great BnB!”

We only stayed two nights, but there was still room service so we came back on the second day to perfectly made beds! Room was small and very clean, bathroom showers were working well. Concierge is very helpful, you can do laundry at their second property for just €6.

Not ideal place to stay ! ”

While the room is big, there is no lift located and people with large luggage has to carry it up to the 2nd floor. The property is easily a 30 mins walk to the train station. The check in location and the place to stay is different. All these facts should be clearly indicated before we book the venue. Am disappointed with this stay.

Super sauberes und schönes B&B ”

Das B&B Santa Maria del Fiore ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Von der Lage her ist es "etwas" außerhalb, was bedeutet, dass man zum Dom ca. 20 Minuten laufen muss. Dafür war es in der Nacht total ruhig. Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin gehen.

離火車站到民宿需要搭公車，但離公車站很近還算方便，民宿提供早餐很棒，最後一天離開時是搭凌晨的班機，民宿老闆還協助叫計程車非常貼心。

Pietro非常nice，给我们推荐了很棒的游览路线，早餐也比较丰盛，房间虽不大但很温馨，楼下就有家味道和价格都不错的中餐，总之十分推荐。两个小插曲，走时匆忙电源线落到房间还被好心的放回到寄存行李里，想买小提琴弦也帮忙查了哪里可以买到。I make comments in Chinese in order to allow more Chinese friends to see. Perfect experience. Thank you，Pietro.
