Best Price, cleanliness and big rooms in Chiangmai ”
As compared to other hotels in Chiangmai. Baan Din ki is the most valuable hotel. Rooms are big, clean, aircon good, staff very friendly and very convenient to travel wherever you want to. It's just above the shopping centre and a little inconvenient to take the elevator to 4th level to check in, and then resume another elevator to go up to the rooms. So just try not to carry too many big luggages as there is no hotel staff to assist you.

Recommend this small hotel in the building complex of Kad Suan Kaew. Service is basic (no bar, but free water in glass(!) bottles), the rooms are very clean, comfortable and of unexpectedly good standard (for the price). The decoration in the public space is beautiful with authentic wood furniture in Lanna style. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No complaints!

Huge room, great location, very clean, lots to do/see in area. It can be tricky to find , sure, but all taxi drivers seemed to know where it was. Just head to 4th floor of the mall, front or back entrance (back is easiest for vehicle drop off) . I will definitely be back.

Great shower...strong water pressure and nice hot water. Solid internet. Convent location. Top floor of the mall. Massage, restaurants, supermarket right there. Close to Old City and newer mall Maya, Nimman. Rooms were big and clean. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms are very big and have all the amenities. There is a fridge which is indispensable in Thailand for keeping fruit. The bathroom is nice because the shower is separated, thus the rest of the bathroom stays dry. The beds are comfy and there are enough comfortable chairs. The cleaning staff are very friendly, especially the girl from Myanmar. They have tidied up the room well. There is Tops supermarket in the same building that does not use plastic bags on Tuesday. A big compliment for that. Please do NOT go to 7-Eleven. They are destroying Thailand with excessive use of plastic bags. Across Huay Kaew Road, next to a massage parlour, there is Thai street food with bargain prices. The food is awesome. It is the best place for cheap, yet delicious food.

We stayed at dozens of super five-star hotels but in a long stay like in Chiang Mai we prefer economic choices. Baan Din Ki gives us the best value for every penny we pay. Quite room, great mountain view, best location, nice staff and strong hot shower water! What else can you expect? Perfect choice we are lucky with this hotel.

Big room, big hotel, big breakfast spread ”
Stayed one night transiting. Certainly a good resting place if anything big. Looks like a convention centre with a couple of hotels. We were put in their Lotus Hotel, after walking to Bahn Din Ki entrance through the carpark to the fourth level. Staff helped to get appropriate price n size vehicles for our departure to the airport.

It's a Gem ”
The Manager and staffare excellant, Rooms had the bedding changed daily as well as the towels. A couple of complimentary bottles of water a day. The 4th floor has an area that you can obtain additional water, boil water as well as toasting and microwaving facilities. Priced at around $AUD 40.00 night so we stayed afor 2 weeks. Downstairs there is a grocery supermarket, and lots of restaurants and other stores.

The hotel is old but well maintained. Hotel located on top of shoppibg complex. I travel much and look for good value hotels everywhere i go. Check-in /out was fast and easy. Lots of sing- teow just outside hotel - 30bht hop on/ off. Good massage for 150bht. Variety of food available at good price. I simply wanted a 3nite break, maybe walk around city... at end, i never left the premises except for an evening out at niggt market. I was comfortable within the premises. Highly recommend thus hotel.

Old style But working good”
I had stayed in this place for 3 days. First time i went to check in at receptionist. It was old but clean and when i went to living room area was nice with the old style decorations whices i liked it. And in the room was alots of space still old but really clean A/C work good, Shower work good. Everything perfect for us. :)

This hotel is in an aging mall but close (walking distance or short song thaew distance) to most stuff in Chiangmai. It is a little threadbare in places but makes up for that in price, cleanliness and service. Friendly staff who are quite accommodating and we extended our stay (twice) because we enjoyed the large room and the view of the mountain! I would gladly stay here again!

Hotel reception informed me that I have been upgraded to their related hotel Lotus Hotel, just next building. For Lotus Hotel, my room is clean and good despite that hotel is actually quite old building already. Their breakfast comes with all basic food & beverages of an ABF . Good.
