Good location”
Very close to the pier in the main village, easy walking distance. Can rent a motorbike too. Good simple breakfast but instant coffee only. Friendly owner, 2nd year we stayed there.

A clean hotel”
This place is quite nice if you are planning to get a motorbike or a taxi to go around otherwise it’s just near Na Baan pier where you can’t get into the ocean or swim. It’s 2 minutes away from 7/11 but if you wanna walk there in the evening when it’s dark there are a lot of dogs barking on you on the way so it feels uncomfortable since the streets are super narrow. The hotel staff was nice, the lady staff was very kind and helpful but when I first arrived there was no one to meet me and the doors were closed I guess they just left for a few minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable. I got the one with a sea view. Also they had breakfast from 7 am to 9am but I didn’t take it because I had stomach ache. The shower was hot and easy to adjust. I guess it’s a nice place to stay but quite far from the main beaches, you can’t walk there

Fantastic ** property”
No cons. It's budget accommodation in a great location. Bright, colourful and very clean with sea views from the rooms located on the second floor. Comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, hot shower ( if you want one). Complimentary breakfast isn't at all bad. Motorbike hire at local rates plus a discount given on our 3 night stay. Easy walk to local restaurants - some fantastic seafood to be had. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Close to Na Baan Pier and center of the village”
Spotlessly clean, comfortable lodging. Comfortable bed,great air conditioning, big fridge, hot, hot water in the shower, bright and cheery. Has a large balcony with a table and a couple of chairs. 5 minute walk from the pattaya ferry. Home cooked breakfast was tasty and coffee and toast were available as well.

Great location so conveniently located to the pier, shops and restaurants. This area can be a good base to explore the island as songthaew and motorcycle taxis are all available here. The town itself is fun to explore lots of little alleys to wander down. The room itself is basic but comfortable and clean. The bathroom a little smelly but I think that is to do with the island water not the hotel itself. Also be aware that due to the proximity of the pier the first ferry leaves at 6.30am and they toot their horn 5 minutes before to let latecomers know to hurry up. Didn't bother me as I'm an early riser but if you're looking for a sleep in might be an issue. Only 2 rooms have the ocean view I think they were 4 and 5. I happened to get 4 so was very happy with that but you may want to request one of the rooms with a view when booking. It was very nice chilling out on the balcony watching the bustling pie boats and people coming and going while enjoying a cold drink. All in all it was good

nice cozy hotel just 50 mt from the pier .the lady owner very friendly .the room is big with large balcony where you can relax eat or drink and look the ocean breakfast basic but good enough . i would surely comeback or reaccomend

Good for few nights stay”
there’s a tasty breakfast. the place is super close to the pier and you can rent a motorbike with the owner of the place. the owner is very helpful and kind and cheerful. I think she manages the place alone by herself so if there is any mistakes or flaws, I would understand. For example, the ac maybe a bit too cold and you can’t adjust it. the towel a bit smelly. the shower has warm water so that is good and there is also a nice balcony with the beach view. overall it’s a good budget place to stay for couples of nights

This is a nice little guest house. It's hidden in a quiet lane close to the main pier. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. I stayed here in the past and I would definitely visit again.

my second time here . the lady owner is very friendly .you can rent motorbike from her at good price .the hotel is near the night market where you can buy good food and eat on terrace ...every room as one ..if you go to the upper rooms you be able to look the sea ..breakfast basic

Just normal”
The palce is just a normal house( not hotel or motel). It is near to the pier. The free breakfast was so disappointing. She will just give you couple of eggs. I am waiting for the rice but nothing. She said thats it. I’d better find a better one next time.

They asked us to pay extra for our clild upon arrival stating she is more than 3 years. Main area lights in the room did not work. No warm water for shower as heater was broken. In the morning AC also stopped working. We did not like the breakfast. Fridge was noisy. I hav no clue how this place got 8 points.

Nice, relaxing place”
Very chill and relaxing place. Nothing fancy and can be a bit tough to find (it's about 20 meters down a little side alley that's down a little side road, but really I'm not looking for some super fancy/modern resort when I go to Koh Larn. It's just a really low-key, chill. Place. Only real complaint is their official checkout time is 11am, not noon like most hotels.

The location was great, very near to Na Baan Pier, no sea view. The owner was very nice. The room was good, no hair dryer. The bed sheet had a stain on it, the blanket was was thin. Air con was great. Very Dirty door mats in the room.
