Good hotel - location quite far from beaches”

staff is friendly . place is quite and peaceful. better get bike on pier (around baht per 24 hours) if you decide to stay here - to reach beaches - or whatever you want. shower have only cold water. room is very clean and good decorated. two days on koh lan - enough to check each interesting view points and beaches. a lot of russians on every beach - except main tawaen

Very Disappointed”

The staff told me that the beach was a five minute walk. It ended up being a 10 minute motorbike ride. The room was small and the "sea view" room had a sliver of a view of the distant sea. For the money, not a bad deal but you have to add in baht per day for a motorbike.

Quiet location with crowded rooms”

service is very decent, rooms are quite basic. i stayed in superior sea view room and the view was not 'sea-view' as described. just a glimpse of the sea is possible as the rooms faced obstruction from other properties and hotels own rooms!

Good location but needs improvement on breakfast”

A little too disorganized. However, rooms are clean and acceptable. Hotel staffs are great, helpful, and thoughtful.

Good one”

it is a good one, there are smile, answer for all question, good service and clean room. our room is sea view, and we like it more than another room. there are cute mascot, so lovely dog is available.

Not the best”

This hotel is not the best, breakfast was included in the cost but there was only boiled rice, bread, but no toast or milk for coffee and flys everywhere. The room was small and basic, only cold water, no where to hang clothes and no chairs. It was about 10 minutes to the beach on the otherside of the Island, and the roads are very steep. I got a taxi one day and was scared because it was driven so fast, I thought it might turn over at one point. I went with 5 other Thai people and they said they did not like it there. So I would not recommend this place.

Small room, cold shower”

We stayed there for 3 nights, no one clean our room or change the towels.there were big group checked in they sing and dance at night time, very loud not good for people who come for the weekend to find the peace on the island.

Cute but dirty”

nice concept, separate little houses, however has not been properly cleaned or looked after probably since it was built. very dirty beddings, disgusting bathroom. breakfast you won't want to touch.

Waren das zweite mal dort, weil es eines der günstigsten Hotels auf Koh Larn ist. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis..naja. Koh Larn ist nun mal teuer. Aber es ist alles ok, Zimmer sauber (hatten ein kostenloses Update), Frühstück ok, wenn man nicht zu viel erwartet. (Das übliche: Toast mit Jam, Kaffe/Tee, Reissuppe.) würden wieder kommen.
