There are no beach front properties on this of the island they are all behind the shop fronts. ”
They don’t clean the rooms but leave you your privacy bring water and towels daily. Once the 5000 tourist leave daily there is maybe 2 shops open at night.

Massively overpriced. I've stayed in many hotels in thailand and this shouldn't be more than 500baht/night. Only given ground floor rooms, unless paid even more! The place is nothing like the photos. First room was full of flies. Second room water heater didn't work. As for the area, disgustingly overcrowded with tourists in the day, stinking ghost town in the night with nothing to do. Really horrible place. We moved after one night and sacrificed the cost because it was that bad.

Completely misleading advertisement. Firstly, it took us 4 walks up and down the beach, 5 locals, and two phone calls to find the place. Secondly, it was hidden in the back with very little natural sunlight, although the misleading picture makes you think it is on the beach. Once in the room, it was small and quite untidy and dirty. There were marks all over the bedsheets, the kettle didn't work, the TV was crap and no WiFi. After losing my composure later that evening, the owner sent her brother to bring a new kettle and some coffee cups. I was very disappointed, to say the least, especially because I paid almost 2000 baht for the room. Breakfast was okay though, probably because I just chugged it down my throat to get the hell out of there.

They clean the room 1 day. We stay for 4 nights. Almost no difference before and after. Cleaning women she broke my glasses by accident, but didn't say anything about it. I find out that in the evening same day. Next morning I contacted the owner and cleaning women..she's from Cambodia and earn 300 thb/day. I feel sorry for her she was afraid to be fired. The owner tells me it was not a problem for him... Totaly bad experience..

Beach Un believably busy from 0730 to 1600 .many day trippers come over on the speed boats .but plenty of other beaches that are more quiet .just need to rent a bike and go search them out .I would only stay a max of 1 night again .really not much happening at night most places on the main beach shut down at 2100. It's really a day trippers island

It's a small beach resort type of place, 3 star overall. No frills, just a good value place to stay in Tawaen Beach. Staff were exceptionally friendly. I would stay here again.

Description and reviews are not true , do NOT waste your time and money”
The whole place is a joke ! Staff are unfriendly . The breakfast is awful . The room was cramped and tired , bed was uncomfortable and the bed side lamp was faulty . No wardrobe or anywhere to put your clothes. Room service did not excist. You are not on the beach , but stuck away at the back with no view and what looked like an abandoned builders yard adjacent . My partner and I had to dispatch ( kill) several large cockroaches . Luckily we are tough and never complain ( apart from this once ) . In the morning we awakened to the noise of speed boats revving whilst dropping off day trippers who then filled the beach . We had to hire a motorbike so we could enjoy a quieter beach . After 6pm there is very little to do ,all the bars are shut with only one restaurant open until 11pm.Lastly as I said before the reviews are not correct and the description is a misrepresentation , for example the photograph of the chair / lounger on the beach with its side table ! The truth is its not on the beach ( apart from the photo ) it is outside your room without a view and looking very old .

Accommodation reasonable for the price, however access to it is via construction. Beach experience invasion of thousands of tourists who are peeing next to your room. Only after 4 pm, when all tourists left by small speedboats, the beach is quite, but still dirty after the busy day.

The beach was too full and there was terrible noise and smell because boats. We stay 5 nights and there was no cleaning even once. We get waterbottles every day and towels changed twice. The breakfast was ok. Dont hire motorbike att beach. Its cheaper att harbor.
