A nice apartment with an absolutely stunning view to the palazzo ducale. The host is friendly, the communication was pleasant. The kitchen has all the necessary basics, but not much more.
As already other reviewers have mentioned: the internet works, but is not the fastest. And the living room is relatively dark. So on sunny days you will find the apartment fantastic, because you will spend your time on the beautiful terracce. But this is probably not the perfect place for a rainy week.

The host was very available and helpful. The apartment location is difficult to beat: very convenient to reach by car, close to downtown and convenient nearby public paying parking. The view from the balcony is priceless. The apartment has all the features needed and is very well organized.
Internet was painful (hot spot) and there are not enough power outlets to conveniently charge all of one's devices at the same time. Also, unless the weather is good and you can enjoy the terrace, the apartment is pretty dark and one's feels a little claustrophobic in the living room, due to luck of window surface and natural light.

Super clean. Very nice host. Parking directly out front so easy to get bags from car to apartment. Quiet at night. Great balcony.
Faces a large parking lot but the views above the parking lot are great, the city walls, palace and countryside. Not inside city walls but a 5 min walk to get in.

Everything was perfect. The little cottage, with the separate entrance is unbeliavably top-quality equipped, 50 meters from the Old Town. There is a big tarrace to sit but be prepared to see an amazing VIEW. Nothing but the View. The tarrace overlooks the Palazzo, making your stay unforgettable! Add a warm and hospitable host and your stay in Urbino will be just perfect!

The host was extraordinarily welcoming. He waited several hours to give us the key since we were very delayed. At our departure, he gave us a ride to the bus station. We really appreciated his hospitality.

Quelqu'un m'attendait non seulement pour me donner les clés, mais pour m'indiquer l'accès (relativement difficile) à l'appartement.
Lorsqu'on ne peut utiliser la superbe terrasse, en raison de la chaleur à l'extérieur, le logement demeure plutôt sombre.

Un séjour magique dans une petite pépite.”

L'appartement est une pépite, au pied du centre ville et doté d'une belle terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le palais ducal. Il y a un parking juste en bas, ce qui est très pratique. Le logement est très joliment décoré, la vaisselle est de grande qualité et complètement assortie, la literie est excellente, autant le lit que le canapé. La propreté est impeccable et le propriétaire vient vous remettre les clés en personne. On sent à ses explications qu'il est fier de cet hébergement, et il a raison ! Mon seul regret est de n'y avoir séjourné qu'une nuit, je le relouerai assurément si je reviens à Urbino. En bref, un rapport qualité/prix imbattable.
