The bathroom were not really clean and mould growing. Staff was friendly and helpful but could not speak english, but they try to help you the best they can.

It's alright for 1 night. Big room with nice little patio with table and chairs on the doorstep. Staff lovely, warm and friendly people. Wi-fi is good, but TV was on the blink. Bathroom a little mouldy and the drain is blocked, but hey for 1 night it's fine.

Nice place but hard to communicate with staff”

Not too far from town and it wasn't expensive to get there in a taxi. The bus station and a bazaar is close by. Room is a really good size, has a big bed and TV, desk.. Really nice. Looks lovely from the outside too. Hot shower, was clean. We were only here for 1 night after crossing from Laos but it was nice. Only thing was the staff spoke absolutely no English so it was very hard to communicate with them, the lady had to ring her friend to speak with us. She was really nice though and gave us a free hot drink and called us a taxi when we were leaving.

need to walk from main street but no problem. even at night not dangerous. there are some street food shops and 7/11 on main street. you can catch "sonteu" on the main street.

It is cheap, I stayed for less than 400 baht and close to foodshops. Personnel is friendly but hardly speak English. Room is spacious but no fridge and in the bathroom tiles and paint is coming off the walls. In the morning free hot water and instant coffee and every day two bottles of water.

large, older style room”

locations nkr great unless you have your own transportation or like walking. big room. noisy aircon. smelt a bit damp. hard bed. no fridge (was specified on booking). have to walk about half a km to nearest convenience store (hotel sells nothing). no foreign language tv/cable channels. i believe this is a set of longer term rented apartments, with a few rooms rented out daily.

Very good overnight from Bangkok to Laos”

I made a reservation through Agoda in the internet, so they had it printed out, when I came. So very fast check-in, because the lady was very nice, but. Didn't speak english well. The room was basic, but clean and big, bed rough, but that is better for your back :) and I slept well. Very nice place to stay, when travelling from Bangkok to Laos, because of the peace of the place. Shower was cold, though they had warm water machine. I don't mind :)

Basic but functional”

I only booked to stay here in order to get an early morning flight from Ubon, therefore I wasn't expecting luxury. It's a functional place, with quite large rooms. Unfortunately our rooms didn't seem to have been cleaned particularly recently, and were dusty. The beds are noticeably hard. Each room has a little seating area outside of it. It's not bad, but definitely a case of you get what you pay for.

Functional”

This was a stop over on the way through from Laos, catching a flight in the morning to Chiang mai. Staff were friendly but had little or no English. I am pleased to say that we arrived late and left early. You get what you pay for. Basic rooms which did not appear to have been dusted or cleaned particularly well or recently. Places to eat nearby.

Good hotel for right price”

Hotel located down the end of a quiet, well kept Soi. The room was large and everything worked. There was even a small 2nd room in the back whose door opened to a nice clothes drying rack system. I think this hotel was converted from one of those Thai small side-by-side apartment complexes which would explain the extra room and large front room. The WIFI worked good. Location is a little NW of the main part of town but ended up being a great location for us. Near Big C, lots of food stalls and a short walk from Spago Pizza, which I highly recommend. I also recommend renting a motorcycle to see all around Ubon town. On the North side of the "ring road" there are all kinds of pubs and a couple close to the hotel. One serves 3 large bottles of Leo for 99 Baht but ice is 40 Baht..good deal anyway. Only "bad " thing about hotel was the mattress was hard.

my stay was very pleasant and relaxing the staff were very friendly and only too happy to help with making u feel comfortable.a 5 minute walk to anything u could possibly need.i'll beback for sure

Great place to stay, with plenty of food options on the main street outside. Rooms are big, clean and tidy and the staff here are sweet and warmhearted. Coin operated washing machines available too. About 1.5 klm walk to the Big C and bus station. Recommended!

Bon accueil mais pas d'anglophones”

Bon accueil mais le personnel, souriant, ne parle pas du tout anglais. Accès facile de la gare de bus du nord et vers le centre ville avec le bus urbain n°1 (arrêt face au magasin Honda) 10Bath par personne. Mal connu des tuk-tuk. Endroit calme au fond d'une impasse. Belle terrasse végétalisée, cafés et bouteille d'eau offerts. Plusieurs petits restos aux alentours.

Super große Zimmer und sehr herzliches Personal”

Wir verbrachten eine Nacht in diesem schönen Guesthouse und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Herzlichkeit des Personals ist uns aufgefallen und auch die absolute Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Wir können das Guesthouse uneingeschränkt anderen Reisenden empfehlen.

Es ist ein ruhig gelegenes Gasthaus am Ende einer Sackgasse. Daher ist es schön ruhig. Ich war im Januar da und es gab viele Mücken im Zimmer. Also Nobite mitnehmen!

場所：市中心部から距離がある。 バスターミナルより／バスターミナルの目の前の道路を横断し、（西行き）車線へ。ソンテオの1番（モスグリーンと黄色のツートン）または番号なし（タイ文字の　ม　のみ・赤車両）に乗車。次の信号交差点を左折するので、左折レーンが終わったあたりで下車。いづれも10B。[Soi 10]の看板（パソコン屋が目印　2015年7月末現在）を探し、その路地を突きあたりまで進む。 市中心部へ／同じくソンテオ1番または無印赤車両に乗れば「Thung Si Muang広場」付近まで行ける。 エアコン、シーリングファン、無料ウォーター、ホットシャワー、せっけん、タオル、Wifiあり。 冷蔵庫、食堂施設なし。 チェックイン時にルームキーのデポジット100Bあり。チェックアウト時返却。 女性スタッフはとても感じがよかった。 大通り沿いに屋台やセブンイレブンあり。（徒歩5分～15分　Soi 10から大通り出た後、交差点とは反対方向（市街地方向））

ちょっと程度が低すぎる”

年の半分は撮影でタイ各地を車で駆け巡り同じ価格帯の宿泊所を頻繁に使うが、此処はちょっと貧弱すぎる。：温水シャワーの温度が上がらない、：ゲジゲジがベッドの上を徘徊していた、：隣りの部屋での普通の会話が筒抜け、：近くに食事する場所（屋台も）が無い、等々！

静かな環境のホテル、夜とっけいが鳴く。”

とても静かな環境。夜になると大きなヤモリの一種である、とっけいが鳴く。ただ、町中へ移動するには、路線バスを駆使するか、タクシーで移動する必要があります。
