"The hotel is in an upmarket area of Naples within easy walking distance of designer shops, the Metro, and good restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with a lovely, modern bathroom and very quiet at night. This was the best hotel we stayed in of the three we stayed in during our visit to Italy. It was excellent value for money."

"Great modern looking hotel on inside but very poor internet - had to stand at door for signal, hard to find hotel as on 4th level of an ordinary unmarked apartment building and cold showers as hot water tank too small I assume."

"We booked the suite for 2 nights thinking we can have a sweet life while stuck in the hotel in Naples since were only there for embassy appointments and won't be able to really go out much anyway because of covid restrictions but it wasn't the case. After using the jacuzzi, tried showering but the shower didn't work so we had to shower in the jacuzzi while trying not to let water out. Also, wifi doesn't work in our room. And there's barely to no water coming out the sink faucet. The staff is amazing and very friendly though. "
