I Don't Get for What I Paid!!!”
Yes... it's because I paid for the Courtyard Room, but they gave me the Honeymoon Room. So I got an upgrade...!!!😁😁😁 For the first time, we think the place is looks creepy. Because it's around by big trees, old wooden fence and also it's very colonial. Even when we came in to the room, there's a bassinet there...why they put the baby bed in a honeymoon room? 😅 (we still don't had a clue for it) For the room...we think they need to change the lamps to the white lamps so it'll look more classy and brighter. They also need to clean the outdoor bathtub (at Honeymoon Room), put an plug and a cover when no one using it, so it'll keep clean. For the breakfast...it's good for us. simple but still delicious. For the staff...they really friendly, especially the manager. He's my friend now...😁 But still,for us this is the perfect place for hideouts and get away from daily activities and also for honeymoon (recommended). I already promote it to my friends and families. And we'll be back soon...very soon...😁😁😁

This is indeed one of the best spot that I have lived in so far. The environment is so cooling that you don't even need the air con to sleep at night. We even have the whole place for ourselves. It feels very chill and private. If you are looking for a place away from the bustling city this is definitely the place for you!

Overall I satisfied with my stay at Basaga. The environment of this placed was really calm and relax until u forgot that the property located in center of Kuching. Room was clean and staff also friendly. The food also nice and delicious. My special thanks to Natasha from cafe that really friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay there, rooms are spacious and very clean, food is good, staff very helpful and welcoming and they offer a lot of additional tours to the nearby national parks and sights. Very good value for money!

Location might be a bit far from centre - waterfront area (its about 10-12 min by grab car), BUT.... U dont want to live in town when u are in Borneo. Why? hehehe...Basaga is a place near town, classical design and quiet. Good Restaurant and Staff is very friendly.

we had a night stay with poolside view. room is spacious and love the interior design as well as the landscape which is kept reserved in the middle of the city. it feels like a secret garden. breakfast was nice too. will visit again.

Everything is great in Basaga: price, location, breakfast, staff, cleanliness. But if u can upgrade pool will be better because the pool without pump and filter so the water is just stagnant like that.

Value for Money. Location is good. For relaxing is marvellous you can relax on the comfy bed & hear the birds tweeting. You can swim and get to your room if you are staying near the poolside. . Love the eco environment. Breakfast is just nice. Airport to Hotel is about 20-25mins. Traditional massage is also available upon request at your own expense.

Unforgettable white find sand beach ”
The property has a beautify fine white sand beach stretches from one end to another! We did the parasailing and a 4 hours sea fishing trip. We tried their fine dining by the pool site. Our whole family have enjoyed ourselves to the fullest there!
