Hotels with BBQ facilities in Genting Highlands

"this hotel stay has been a total surprise for us. it all started out with my silly mistake assuming that awana genting highlands golf and country resort is one of the hotels on the summit of the genting highlands. when we arrived at the the summit, we searched around for a hotel by this name, and finally we gave up and approached one of the hotel receptionist in the area. she told us that we have made a mistake in our hotel bookings and the one that we have actually reserved is another hotel elsewhere. we were quite shocked by this blunder, we even contemplated giving up our original bookings in the awana genting highlands golf and country resort and just settled for any available rooms that we can find at the summit. however after a quick discussion, we decided against this rash idea as we are quite attracted by the room photos that we saw during our hotel booking on agoda. grudgingly, we made our way to the golf and country resort. when we arrived at this correct hotel and we stepped into the room, we are very impressed with what we got!!! the room is huge; the balcony that overlooks the golf greens was wonderful; the resort restaurant that we settled for our dinner had a very picturesque overview of the landscape. all these aside, there was a shutter service that runs from this resort to the genting summit at a 30 min frequency (day time) to 1 hr frequency (wee hours in the night). this makes traveling to the genting summit a non-issue for us and in the end we get to enjoy both a wonderful stay in this resort and a fun-time at the genting summit."

"I satyed here for two days was a last minute booking though price on little hijher side . Rooms were clean, staff are friendly"

"Pros: - Newly built so everything in the room is still new and clean. Hope can maintain like that for coming years - Easy parking - great facilities - plenty of restaurant around for food Cons: - At gohtong jaya so its a drive away from the Genting Hilltop. Suggest to have a car for travelling. - lift was wet due to people not drying themselves after swimming and just step inside the lift. - another room with a single bed is extremely small. Travel with family on Dec 2019, 2 rooms apartment. "

"should upgrade on email of where can we pickup keys, because i have wated my 1hour on going back and fourth to collect the keys."

"Convenient location, walkable distance to eateries. Room facing mountain view can be noisy when balcony doors are open as facing main road. Self check with picture m instructions shared by owner / care taker. Basic toiletries and kitchenware provided. However the floors and wall have many marks left. "

"a good place for couples to glamping. the visual mesmerizing. and the best part is near to Genting highland. U can sort a lot of activities here. Either to stay at the glamping site or to go play at Skytropolis. "
