An amazing time at Haad Tien! Recommended! ”
Myself, my husband, mom and granny (81 years) went for a few days and experienced amazing thai hospitality and true beauty. We certainly reccomend this hotel, if you want to have an amazing time at one of the most beautiful hotels on the island. Pro’s - Most beautiful beach ( i live in thailand and this is really a nice beach ), amazing clear water and you can just walk in and start snorkeling with loads of sea life. - Rooms are well equipped and cosy. - Staff was exteremly helpful, always smiling and ready to help especially with my granny. - Restaurant food was really good and not too pricey. Cons - The shuttle service that goes into town at 8:30, 14:00, 18:30 was good, but it only comes back at 19:15 and 22:00 which I thought was a bit long and then you have to get a taxi at 400 baht back when you go in the morning. Also, the shuttle can take you to Sariee beach at 50baht extra but they dont pick you back up there and its 500 baht to get a taxi back.

BEST place we have EVER stayed!”
The Beach Club is hands down the best resort we have ever stayed. Being fairly well travelled, i've stayed in high end hotels and budget accom around the globe, but this one is second to none. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. We requested room 747 as we had seen it on a youtube video and wanted to ensure we had that view, upon arrival we were allocated room 748 and we were blown away! The most incredible ocean/beach/treetop view with a bay window overlooking one of the two pools. Food was wonderful, service was quick and even though we weren't allocated one waiter when we would dine, no one ever missed a beat! We will stay no where else when we come to Koh Tao and can honestly say we won't ever go to Thailand and not come here. If you are thinking of staying here BOOK IT!

Never want to leave”
Amazing location, best on Ko Tao. We added nights and didn't need to leave the resort. The staff are amazing! Mai at reception and Oscar and Komin were incredible! Best service in Thailand. Highly recommend. Best beach and beautiful resort too!

Gorgeous hotel in a lovely location ”
Stayed here before in 2017, it was just how I remembered it. Lovely staff and hotel, placed beautifully on the beach. Hotel rooms large and spacious with view overlooking the beach and sea. Food was lovely although a little on the pricey side when compared with local places. Would definitely return.

My room was at the top of the hillside. Very private and there was a second pool partway up that was great for swimming laps. Staff very friendly courteous and helpful.

Beautiful location with stunning views”
Room was spotlessly clean, with a private balcony overlooking the beach bar and beach. Room was large and airy, tastefully decorated. Included breakfast was of high standard with plenty of options. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only thing was occasionally outside tourists used the facilities without permission - as anyone can pay to access the private beach, more should be done to limit those persons access to the hotel which they have not paid to use.

Beautiful views and great service ”
This resort was beautiful. We had an ocean view from our room. The breakfast and dining options were right in front of the beach. Happy hour was great. The staff by far was the most friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that you have to get on their shuttle or get a ride into town. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really beautiful right on the beach. The night that I was there I enjoyed the fisherman’s seafood buffet. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I’m going to complain about is the plastic on the beach. It was so much.

Exceptional”
This property is actually nicer in person than in pictures. We rented a motorbike and explored almost every beach on the island and Shark bay is by far the nicest beach so being able to stay there was awesome. The breakfast buffet was also really impressive and more extensive than I would have expected. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is pretty isolated and you have to scooter down a dirt road to get in and out. If you are a young traveler like us, it makes more sense to stay in town. We actually enjoyed our time at a budget hotel on Sairee beach more because you don't exactly feel like you're in Thailand at the beach club. Overall though great value for the money and I would definitely recommend renting a scooter since Koh Tao has a lot to discover.

Originally in ocean view room with good size room and view. Would have benefited from little touches such as dressing gowns and location of mirrors. Air conditioning unit position was over the bed and difficult to regulate temperature. Overall room was good with beautiful view I moved to a beach front bungalow which was fabulous and very well equipped. Restaurants were excellent with a range of Thai and European food . Staff were all very friendly and some more timely than others. The hotel activitues were not adevertised so missed ot on the yoga and night cruise. Overall a good experience in a wondeful location

Great servicr”
I booked the hotel with high season price (new year period) and non-refundable condition but unfortunately the storm hit Koh Tao that day. They changed my booking uncharged and accepted my upgrade request. That was very kind. The best things are service of staffs and breakfast. The location is not good as we expected because of monsoon but the design and climate of the hotel can make you feel relax. I like the shuttle bus service here, you don’t have to pay for any taxi service in the island.

The beach and the sea is amazing ”
Pros: it is a great resort in a beautiful place, perfect for quiet, relaxing holidays. Good for snorkling. Cons: I personally did not like the food there, ordered twice for lunch and dinner and both times the meal was not that great. The drinks were ok though. Both pools are shallow and quite small, although the sea compensates it all.

Its okay, the room and equipments in the room are slightly old and worn out, the cleanliness is just okay. The service was excellent though, especially by Khun Lydia at the reception who really tried to accomodate our needs, very helpful and make our stay much more comfortable, thank you so much. The beach is one of the best in Koh Tao, no doubts. The food are okay but the hygiene of the breakfast buffet could be improved, perhaps they are overwhelmed with the high occupancy.

Hotel has amazing space and facilities Very nice pools and view to the beach Rooms really well decorated and food in the restaurant nice Be aware that if you stay in the beach club side, the breakfast is separated from the main one and ridiculously poor! Not even scrambled eggs are served! No one tells you there is a difference in breakfast and clearly not what you expect from a hotel of this quality
