Amazing Experience!”
We can’t say enough about our fantastic experience at our recent stay at BED Phrasingh. The location is a little off the main streets of the Old City, but that means a little peace and quiet from all of the noisy scooters and tuktuks. The room was very simple, but very clean and included all of the necessary amenities (the bed was ultra comfortable). Pop and water is also included, and can be found in the many self serve fridges throughout the hotel. The included breakfast is also a great way to start each morning and was very tasty. However, the staff at BED Phrasing is the reason why it stands out so much. Everyone we had the chance to speak to was accommodating, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about what they did. The owner was also on site on the weekend and greeted guests and interacted with staff. It was nice to see how well everyone worked together to provide guests with the best experience. I would highly recommend BED Pharasing and hope to come back again!

Best hotel in Chiang Mai”
I came to Thailand with my sister for a 4 day vacation without kids and this hotel was perfect in every way. We got there early and they let us check in right away. Free cold water bottles whenever you want, as well as fruit in the fridge. There was also some cold sodas and water in the room for us. Very clean rooms and lots of space. The breakfast was amazing, with so many food options. And the location!!! It was a great location for sightseeing right in the Old City. Everything about it far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in this amazing city.

I really, really love this hotel. The rooms are simple but clean and beautiful, the balcony/patio we had was such an incredible addition and let us listen to birds singing throughout the day. The staff here is amazing, they even helped me plan a massage since it was last minute. The free water & fruit available is SUCH a good touch and makes things so convenient. It’s also super convenient! We walked to everything that was within the old city and never had more than a 20 minutes walk. It’s also right next to Wat Phra Singh & the Sunday night market. I would 100% stay here again. :)

Great stay”
Life really is simple at bed. Their slogan rang true for our experience. Water, a snack, and delicious orange juice is available any time you want from the kitchen. Staff helped us with everything from providing great food recommendations, taxis, getting a laundry service to pick up our cloths, and they served a wonderful breakfast spread. The rooms are clean and modern, and the beds were the softest in Thailand! The location is right next to the Sunday night market which is a great place to sample food and do some extensive shopping.

excellent ammondation in Chiang Mai”
I would say the expreience in BED is amazing 1. great location, only 10 mins away from airport. 3 mins to the Sunday Market and Wat Phra Singh. walking distance to other famous temples. Lots of local tour outside hotel some open till 9pm. Many thail massage for you to choose from. A famous roasted chichen restaurant right next to the hotel. GRAB drivers easy to pick you up 2. Clean, Cozy, Comfortable, free water provided, free mini bar,high CP. 3. Breakfast so delicious, and little difference everyday so you will not get bore 4. most important is the staff there, amazing, super nice, helpful, chit-chat with you and care about your stay, provide lots of information to your trip. My last day in CHIANG MAI encounted a big problem is that there was a riot in HK airport and our flight cancel, BED staff did a warm act to us which makes me to cry at that moment, amazing people which hard to imagine, so touch and thanks

Great location in the heart of the old city in Chiang Mai. The staff, in particular, were wonderful. They couldn't do enough for us while we were there (restaurant reservations, early breakfasts because we had early tours booked, extra towels, umbrellas, .... you name it). Great for adult travellers.

Perfect”
I stayed at Bed for 4 days in Late June, and had an excellent experience. The location can't be beat - half a block from the center of town and the largest and most important temple in the city, as well as the massive Sunday Night Market, there is likely no more convenient spot for travellers anywhere in Chiang Mai. The hotel was clean and quiet, with real character. Breakfast was excellent, and I had the opportunity to have a chat with the owner, who was an excellent host and is clearly very invested in his guests and their happiness during their stay. The best thing about Bed is the staff - I can't say enough about how friendly, helpful, and accommodating they are. Every single person I encountered who worked at the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and friendliness.

Never known a staff so friendly who go out of their way to make your day. Nothing is too much trouble. Plus the complementary water, coffee and fruit 24/7 help yourself is a fabulous concept. The complimentary use of bicycles. Can't recommend highly enough. It is a one of a kind at a fab price too. You've had the pros of the place, now for the cons: erm, erm, erm......nope just can't think of any 😀😀😀

The Best Hotel ! ”
Everything is perfect. The staffs are very friendly and have a very good service mind. Our flight was delayed so the staff proposed to open an empty room for us to stay and leave our bags. The breakfast was nice. We love the idea of providing the free water in a glass bottle. We will definitely come back here again if we go back to Chiangmai next time !

Trendy boutique hotel in the old city. ”
This was a great value for money smal boutique hotel on the quieter West Side of the old city. Highlights were the breakfast and the lovely staff who were smiling and enthusiastic and ready to help. Short walk to centre of the old city. No downsides really, rooms were clean and spacious enough for short stay. No good view from our balcony was probably our only minor gripe but we didn't come there to stay in our room so not a problem. Great place to stay for a couple of days.
