Home away from home”
The room and bathroom is very clean.Free breakfast, Wi-Fi, coffee. Initially i have decided to stay for only for 2 days (single room with shared bathroom)as i wanted to move to another hostel; wanted to experience different hostel environment as i will be in Kuching for one week. I felt too comfortable .....i have extended my stay stay for another 4 days. This time round i have moved to dormitory (MYR 15). The dorm is also very clean and it comes with a comfy bed, pillow and comforter similar to the ones in the single room. Had a good sleep in the dorm. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The communal room is very cozy and i feel like being at home. Centrally located - 15 minutes away from the airport and about 10 minutes walk to Kuching waterfront.

Pleasant stay like own house”
A strategically located guesthouse in the middle of Kuching town surrounded by lots of wonderful local delicacies, in addition to friendly owner and a home-like environment, my trip was very enjoyable. Thanks to Beds Guesthouse I will definitely come again!

Beds guesthouse ”
We had a great few days at Beds, split over two stays. We felt very welcome by the staff who were always eager to help out with activity and food suggestions, or for just a friendly chat. Our room was adequate for our needs - comfortable bed with air conditioning. There was some street noise as our room looked out onto Jalan Pandungan, but this died down later in the evening and didn't disturb our sleep. We didn't eat or prepare food at the guesthouse - it is close to some great stalls (our favourites were Min Hong Kee for breakfast and the Taipan hotel food court for lunch/dinner). There are also a few shops that make some very tasty bakwa (Malaysian dried meat). As well as the food stalls, the street has retained its rustic charm with its older style shop fronts. It may not have the bright lights and concentration of tourist spots as Carpenter St, and there is for some reason a large number of motor bike shops close by, but the food is great and it's not a far walk into the city centre and places like Top Spot and the water front.

Great value for money”
The location is great! Can reach many places by walking distance, especially for nice food. The staffs are very friendly. The room is comfortable but that will be better if the cleanliness can be improved as there are some dust on the frame in room. The hot shower in room is nice as that is hot enough and high pressure (Twin room - Ensuite has shower in room). It is definitely great value for money. I will stay here again for the next visit to Kuching.

Great value for money”
We only stayed for one night on our last day in Kuching before we go back to Singapore. Nice and cozy accommodation although location is quite far from the bus station, Carpenter Street, and the waterfront. Grateful to the staff for arranging a transportation for our early flight the next day. Highly recommended.

AFFORDABLE AND COMFORTABLE”
I was very satisfied with the staff they were so friendly and helpful. The guesthouse also had a big information board that state all thing that we need to know for example taxi fare, bus waiting station and interesting location to visit with complete entrance fee.The room also very clean and big enough (mine was single with shared bathroom)

Nice staff”
Really nice and clean and quiet Guesthouse, ideal for travellers. Close to city an also to catch all buses. Saff were really helpfull, they can tell you all informations you need and help you to plan your trip. Rooms and bathrooms are big and clean. Wifi in all rooms. We planned to stay just 2 nights, but because we liked location so much we stayed 4

Great people”
Beds was great. They have very friendly and helpful personnel (although it is sometimes hard to tell who is working there and who is not with all the random people walking in and out and sleeping on the couch and such). Had a great time with Aiden as our taxi driver. We were offered a 3 person room instead of the 2 person room that we had initially booked because on 1 night we would have had to switch rooms (we knew this in advance). So that was awesome service! They will also wash your clothes for you for a nominal fee but they don't linedry them (they have a drying machine). If you want some of your clothes to not go into the dryer you should tell them in advance because they don't read the labels and some of our clothes shrunk in the dryer. Otherwise a very nice place to stay for some time to explore the city and its surroundings.

Cozy and funny owner”
The guesthouse is quite nice location which is many shops around there. I stayed in the dorm for 3 nights and it is clean and there are air condition and window. The staff are friendly, especially owner is funny guy. You can ask anything! The most favorite thing in the guesthouse, there are many movies in the common area. You can watch any kind of movies!

Good place to stay ”
Very comfortable bed. Toilet door need some fixing as the door lock on third floor cannot be used. Otherwise is a pretty good place for the price you pay. Oh and it's very near the food festival and all sorts of nice food shop/stalls.

The best I've ever stayed in. The whole hostel is clean. The full use of the kitchen is great, living area with a tv to watch loads of movies and the use of the computers were amazing. So relaxing it felt like home. The staff are so helpful and friendly. In a good location, only 20 minutes walk from the main bus station, loads of places to eat. The beds are comfy and clean. Such a pleasure to stay there!!

A nice backpack/hotel within Chinatown.”
Bed's is a nice 3 storey backpackers/hotel with shared bathrooms for most rooms.Water heater,wash lotion for all bathrooms & towels is provided inside the room but no house keeping during our stay.Breakfast by self service is bread,margerine,eggs,instant noodles & cooking untensils at no extra charges.Transport charges by Adrian to anywhere is cheap,compared to taxis & travel agencies.Must try food outlets nearby will be Hong Kong Noodle House,nearby the Police Station & the Fried Kuay Teow stall across the Fire Station.Also,must try the traditional Chinese biscuits too.Do not visit the new Satok weekend market & the Open Air Market in town as it's a waste of time & money.Murals can be found on the wall besides Open Air Market & Annah Rais Long House.Do approach Adrian for advice on the attractions but do take note,most attractions are quite a distance away.Only Rm 20 from Bed's to airport by Adrian,around 30 minutes to reach.Shopping centers is boring.Overall,stay at Bed's is comfortable & at a reasonable price,we will stay there again for sure.Good day to all.

Really can't fault Beds, everything about it was great. Adrian the manager is a wonderful man, so helpful and funny. Breakfast was a treat, eggs and noodles with lots of cook it yourself facilities through out the day. You can bring in your own beer to drink at their bar with a huge range of glasses to choose from.

The place is right in the city. Easy to get food around the area as well as some spots like museums, old historical buildings. The staff, Adrian & Imo are great & friendly. Definitely will stay again :)

Definitely a good place to stay”
Stayed for 3 nights. We booked a room with 2 bunk beds. The room was clean despite the ceiling can be noisy when it's raining. Staffs were friendly, have access to computer, laundry, simple breakfast and great location downtown area

Excellent place”
Luv this place.... clean, spacious, friendly staff, great location, and super comfy bed. Probably one of the very few hostels that provide duvet. Plenty of toilets and shower too. Will go back again.

The beds where so comfortable”
Liked this place. The best thing was for me the beds. Loved having a quilt that felt so clean and I slept end so well here. Not to mention the staff who were always happy to help.
