We had a wonderful stay at the B&amp;B in Hattem. The place was cozy and very clean, had everything we needed for the one night. Frans has an amazing garden and my daughter was allowed to feed the chicken and collect eggs which were for us to keep. The place is a little outside of Zwolle but easy and quick to reach by car. You can hear the highway when you are outside but inside the house it is surprisingly quiet.
The only downpoint we could think of was the noise from the highway but like I mentioned above, you barely hear it inside.

We stayed at former bakery, it is really comfy and clean. Small but nice bedrooms and really good equipped kitchen. The host was really friendly and kind. The place is super quiet, despite there is main road close by.
The bed mattress was way to soft for me. There are quite a few of steep stairs from entrance to living room and to upper bedroom.

Great place to stay for a week (and more!)! The apartment is very clean, has everything you need and is also very &quot;gezellig&quot; (Dutch word for a nice, warm and welcoming place). Its location is also really convenient, close to Hattem and Zwolle. Frans, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed exchanging a few words with him. Would definitely recommend this place and will come back!

Wunderbare Lage, unkomplizierter Check-in &amp; out”

Die Betreiber des B&amp;B sind sehr herzlich und waren schnell erreichbar und eine flexible Erweiterung des Gästeumfangs um eine weitere Person war gar kein Problem. Auch der Check-Out früh morgens stellte kein Problem dar. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist sehr gut, man kann das Auto direkt vor dem B&amp;B abstellen. Die Küche ist für ein B&amp;B entsprechend gut ausgestattet und die Badezimmer sind sehr sauber &amp; schön. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Gute Lage der Ferienwohnung direkt an der Ijssel unweit von Zwolle. Gute Anbindung sowohl an die Autobahn (die aber nur bei geöffnetem Fenster hörbar ist) als auch an den ÖPNV (Busstation ca. 50m entfernt) zum Bahnhof von Zwolle. Sehr gute Ausstattung der Fewo (Meelzolder) mit eigener Küche. Handtuchwechsel nach 2 Tagen. Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sehr schöner Garten am Haus. Helle Unterkunft.
Geräusche von der Straße (Zuiderzeestraatweg) - besonders von Motorradfahrern - sind hörbar, ebenso vom darunter liegenden Haus (der Meelzolder befindet sich in der 1. und 2. Etage). Ansonsten ist es aber eine sehr schöne Fewo.

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung, sauber, bequemes Mobiliar, freundliche, moderne Einrichtung, warme Heizung :-), kostenfreier Parkplatz, Obstteller zur Begrüßung, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück (zubuchbar gegen Aufpreis ist ein gefüllter Kühlschrank zur Selbstverpflegung), ruhige Lage, freundlicher Empfang und unkomplizierte Kommunikation im Vorfeld
Alles perfekt! Nur die Treppen sind vielleicht nicht für jedermann geeignet (der Hauptteil der Wohnung befindet sich in der ersten Etage, das zweite Schlafzimmer in der zweiten Etage)
