2 nights during a family trip in Tuscany”
Modern hotel 2,5 km from the city center. Wi-Fi ok but a bit cumbersome the double authentication. Airco, safe, fridge (complimentary water), iron board, hair dryer. Staff helpful, room and bathroom of decent size and very clean. Gym (access very limited to Covid). Rich breakfast (English and continental) served. Free open air car parking in the back. Exceptional price quality ratio.

Great Best Western”
The Best Western Hotel Guinigi is a delightful hotel that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were large, neat and clean, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast was generous and offered food choices to meet every morning palate. The coffee was scrumptious! The desk staff spoke english fluently, and were incredibly helpful with all our needs. The complimentary wi-fi was a plus, as was the computer in the hotel lobby.

Hôtel rénové. Il est situé en proche périphérie de la ville, comptez bien 30 min à pied pour arriver au centre de la ville . Un bus devant l’hôtel est disponible. Les tickets sont disponibles à la réception , mais cela personne vous le dit , la réception vous donne une feuille avec les heures de passage mais ne vous signale pas que vous pouvez les acheter la. Tout comme les vélos disponibles à la location ( 2x moisn cher qu’au centre ville) , personne ne vous en parle ! Le service à la réception mériterait d’être bien plus réactif et proactif ! Ils font le job mais sans aucune envie réelle et enthousiaste de servir et conseiller les clients … Hotel tres propre, bon rapport qualité prix. Parking gratuit appréciable. Chambre spacieuse, standard, sans charme spécial ( c’est un hôtel de chaîne). Breakfast ok, le jus d’orange chimique mériterait d’être remplacé par du jus presse! En résumé, fidèle à un hôtel de chaîne de périphérie de ville, allez y les yeux fermés pour son prix et sa propreté !
