Best hotels & accommodations in District 12
Whenever I have appointments in District 12, I stay here. There are really no other options as nice. I would like it if the Residence would supply dish cleaning supplies (soap, sponge, towel) for stays of one week or more. It is nice that the staff clean, but sometimes I want to wash something myself. Just a suggestion, not a complaint.
I spent there almost two weeks. The room was very good and comfortable, facilities of the hotel was also good. Near to hotel there are a some kind of university, maybe it even shares facilities with it. Every working day from the morning until the second half of the day there were quite a loud noise out there, youngsters were chatting loud, screaming. The personnel doe...

I'm glad to have found a hotel.. motel more like it close to where my family live. It was a tad too close actually because the taxi ride was less than a buck..lol! The place was clean and staff attentive but no English that I know of but I speak the language.
