"Hotel was new and nice with great breakfast and people at front desk helpful and friendly. I use Agoda to book rooms monthly for business and pleasure. This time Agoda gave me a TOTAL price and when I got to hotel the price was higher by 50 dollars. I called Agoda and left message. They called me and said extra price was explained in booking conditions. I read booking conditions and nothing was said about extra price. I called Agoda twice again and no response from Agoda. Agoda quoted me a lower price than the hotel would accept and then Agoda lied to me and abandoned me. I blame Agoda not this hotel as hotel was friendly and ultimately worth the price paid but I am not going to use Agoda again as they make mistakes and then abandon you by refusing to call you back to discuss their mistakes. Too bad for Agoda as I have booked hotel rooms monthly with them for over a year. I have learned to simply book my hotel directly with the hotel or directly on the hotel's website to be sure of the price you will be charged. The booking websites like Agoda do not help you or communicate with you when they clearly make an error on the booking. "
