"This hotel does not have enough parking. There are a bunch of permanent cars parked in the lots that ought to be towed. Housekeeping and breakfast were abysmal, it was noticeable how no one ended up taking breakfast more than once in a stay opting for the IHOP next door. Woken up multiple times from doors slamming or the vacuum going on more than two doors down as the sound travels through the walls. This location is in need of a significant remodeling for this reason. I would not recommend a stay here."

"This place gets five stars from my family and I. Traveling with my mother, a 9, 6, and 1 year old I was looking for a cheap decent hotel and Hilton Tru exceeded my expectations! The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was really clean, and they also offered a grab and go bag on the way out. The only thing I would complain about is the hold for incidences. I paid a deposit Saturday around noon and i have yet to receive my deposit back. Overall the stay was great!"

"My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Suites Grand Prairie for one night while in town for the state football finals. Our king suite was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I was impressed that despite Covid-19 we were provided with a prepackaged breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We have used this motel for the last 5 years to visit our Grandson. The Lady that runs the desk in the morning is great and very helpful . She has been here since before we have been coming to this location "

"The hotel staff was very courteous & helpful. Only one issue. When checking out, the courtesy van for the airport was not available so the front desk staff call someone to take us to the airport. After 20 mins, a taxi cab arrived & the front desk staff inform us that the transportation to the airport was waiting for us. The taxi driver took us to airport & once we arrived, ask for $45. I informed him that he should contact the hotel for his fee because our understanding was that it was a courtesy ride. I called the hotel and the front desk person affirmed our understanding but the cab driver refused that information & called airport police. Ten mins later, airport police arrived & detained us . With permission from the police, I called the hotel again & had Chris explained the situation to all the police that were within ear shot of my speaker phone. The situation was resolved but it should have been avoided by clear communication to the taxi driver and save embarrassment."
