It's our first time staying in Phan Thiet city and we had such a good time at the resort. Location: we'd like to shop at the city traditional market and eat at many local food vendors in the city so the location is great. As we usually stay in Phu Hai every year, this location is better for our shopping habit in comparison. Cleanliness: we got 3 non-smoking rooms that smell NO smoke so I was kind of appreciate that since we have a lot of problems with such matter even though we always have special request over the non-smoking room. Rooms, bedsheets, towels are clean, however please don't expect anything that is shiny here; The facility is an old building and to be honest it has not been kept that well maintained. Staffs: they are friendly and nice, but they could still use some improvement :) Khách sạn này mang hơi hướng một chút khách sạn thường trong thành phố và một chút khu nghỉ dưỡng (resort) nên nếu bạn muốn ở gần thành phố Phan Thiết để ăn các món ăn vặt đặc trưng ngon lành khắp đường xá thành phố (bánh căn, bánh quai vạc, mì quảng, hải sản, chè, xôi, bánh xèo, ốc,...) và tận hưởng bãi biển riêng của khách sạn nơi mình nghỉ thì đây đúng là nơi cần tới. Vừa gần thành phố, vừa yên tĩnh tách biệt, bữa ăn sáng cũng nhiều món ngon thì nên ở đây. Bãi cỏ của khách sạn này rất lớn và thoai thoải rất dễ cho trẻ con chơi chứ ko như khu resort trong khu Mũi Né, Phú Hài.

we were 3 adults staying there for 2 nights. great new hotel. very clean. lots of space in our room and nice decoration touch. staff so helpful. but it's a bit far from mui ne though. near some very good restaurants but not walking distance. don't remember the address, but ask for be hieu restaurant. big spacious streets. traffic not as crazy as saigon or hanoi. food ok. not realizing that we shared our first breakfast morning with a big tour group so food was very limited. always remember to ask at reception at every hotel what time breakfast would be served for guests like us.

From the train station to this hotel via taxi we paid 160,000-190,000 dong. We just showed the taxi driver the address. Quite hotel. Worth what we paid for. Lots of food vendors within walking distance. Glad to have stayed here rather than Phan Thiet where all the tourists are. We feel immersed with the local scene. The real Vietnam. Had the most wonderful time dining. Rented a motorcycle for 150,000 dong (arranged by the hotel) and drove to Phan Thiet. Wish we could have stayed a day or two longer. This is a budget hotel. What you pay for is what you get.

we booked a standard room but we were offered by the hotel for a river view room with a balcony facing to the caty river and the bridges' scenics that we could take many nice pictures at day or night. this hotel's location is in the main city where we could walk around for sightseeing and it is not far to the phan thiet's train station. we did enjoy the hotel's breakfast buffet with many different dishes, even though we had to get up early on saturday morning.

The room is clean and the bed is comfy enough. However, booking this hotel was totally my fault tho.. I booked this because i thought it was not that far from Mui Ne but it is actually so far, 20km so do not choose this hotel if you intend to do a day tour in Mui Ne. But if you're going to stay in this area please do so because the room is clean and cheap! Oh but the staffs can't speak English, i had to communicatw with them via google translate but thats not a huge issue tho

I booked a double room with a bathroom. They let me have an early check in since I arrived from Saigon very early in the morning. It was 4 a.m. and I did appreciate it. I would definitely stay at the Garden Homestay Phan Thiet again and recommend this accommodation. The only thing I expect more is the TV cable services. Because I didn't prepare a USB or HDMI cable to connect to TV. And there was only a flat screen TV in the room.

The receptionist on arrival was friendly, but 2 others were not so much. It was very sad to see so many caged birds, including pigeons, and song birds, that looked like the could hardly stretch, let alone fly : ( just feels so wrong that they are even captivated in the first place. If you are an animal lover I wouldn't recommend staying. The location was nothing special, so we got taxis to Mui Ne everyday. On check out we had to pay for the bottles drank from the mini bar fridge, I knew we had 4 but was told we had 5! This little mix up highly frustrated me out of principle. I knew we only had 2 oj and 2 water. With 2 coke and 2 energy drinks left behind in fridge. It ain't rocket science! We had also previously checked with the other receptionist the prices and were told 10k dong per bottle. But were still charged 50k. Unfortunately I wasn't there to argue, my partner just handed it over. I know its only 10k but it's the way it was inaccurate that annoyed me the most.

Very nice staff and clean room. Unfortunately during my stay a big group of local tourists stayed in the same wing and they were incredibly loud and rude. They knocked on my door many times at night just to aggravate me. They kept their doors opened so they could yell back and forth through the night. Some of them smoked right outside my door with no shirts on. Their kids used the lobby as playground and screamed the entire night. When they left early in the morning, they yelled and banged on all the doors selfishly. The hotel should post some rules about not yelling or smoking.
