Is a hot sunny place. Recommended to wear anything loose with not too thick material. If you are not into street stalls, Bangkok has good, clean foodcourts at shopping centers but food dishes are quite sweet though.

A city that's very "tourist orientated" if you are not local then you are bound to be over charged one way or another but still a great place to go.

A lively city and with good transportation consisting of MRT and BTS networks. Locals are friendly and most are able to speak English.

I would certainly recommend visiting Wat Arun, Wat Traimin and Wat Pho with the reclining buddha. Take the expressboat over the river to get to any location easier and faster than over the road with a taxi.

No one speaks english well, and 99% do not speak it at all. Very hot and crowded, smoky. Transportation bad, liked the train though.

I like the city as it is easily accessible via Skytrain and subway. Just that you need to prepare yourself to be squeezed in the Skytrain, but after awhile, you will get used to it.

Bangkok is a busy city... Not really relaxing. However there are a lot of things to do, see and experience!

Bangkok is really a shopping haven. Cheap and some are good quality. Try to take BTS or MRT which is very convenient to go anywhere.
