I love Batu Malang Area, but the center Malang just a boring place for me. hard to find taxi and not much food variety to explore.

Malang is a nice not-so-big city with a nice climate. It offers a range of great food. Try rawon nguling and Cwie Mie.

2hrs travel with car from surabaya, you can go to batu malang by car or bus for lots of great place for fun

We were 2 adults and a 4 year old child and so we looked for activities for that fitted that type of family group.

Many local shopping area you can explore all near with Alun-Alun Malang. Going to Batu to get many attraction (BNS, Jatim Park, Museum Angkut, Eco Green Park)

First visit to Malang. The airport is small but the city has a large industrial infustructure. Several factories are located in Malang.

Malang city have many attraction area for family, good location for business and have many restaurant for many good food.

Malang is different than Batu. I stay at Batu for 3 days and can not get enough of it. I should stay at least for 4 days.

Malang is a cooling place. There are few attractions such as Jatim Park 1 & 2, and Museum Angkut near by which worth visiting.

Malang is 2 to 3 hours drive from Surabaya. The weather is cold at night. You can visit Batu for back to the nature trip.

Malang is an old city which have a very nice area for sightseeing. There are some streets with old houses which is very beautiful.

Don't forget to have breakfast with a kind of famous food here called Rawon (meat soup) and also Pecel ( vegetables mixed with peanuts sauce ) at Jalan Kawi.

you can find a lots of place to visit in malang..like jatim park 2 where there are zoo,museum and eco park.

be patient while you are driving a car since Malang people are very slow to drive so that it is difficult to speed up and pass them through.

good city with very nice peoples, the weather is very nice and cool, the wind breeze is good. a city with good air quality to live.

there are a lot of places in malang you should visit, since in malang it self, there's a lot of places, in batu city there's more interest places to see, and also the beach in south of malang, the mountain bromo and semeru, and also the Tengger tribes which very unique tribe.

City of Arek-arek, and very cold at night because Malang sorunding by the Mountain. and also, Malang has Chandi which the oldest in Indonesia and the name of Chandi is Chandi Singosari.

it's nice mountain with good weather and a lot of attractions. attractions is good. and i think it's better from singapore , because more place to choose.

Batu is a excellent place to travel with kids, local Indonesian tourists will love it due to the fact that the weather is nice and cool.

Lot of foods, from street food up to restaurant class. Malang is growing city, lot of new commercial buildings but no additional roads so during peak hours in some area will be very crowded.

City with lots of old colonial buildings as well as stuffs for antique hunters. However access to the city from Surabaya is hampered by the main road which has basically no alternatives.

One of the nicest cities in Java, I think. Great food, great people, great culture. Relatively clean, with plenty of attractions around the city.

Very good city, it's clean and have tons of great local cafes. The local food is absolutely nice. The first time I arrived at Malang, it's confusing but after take a time to googling and asking the local people (who's very friendly) it's really easy to understand the whole city and reach all the attractive places you wish.

The town is great for cullinary adventure as well as nature sightseeing. Visit Batu for relaxing visit to apple plantation, take a 2 to 4 hours drive to Bromo mountain or visit Taman Safari.
