No Elevator. Ticket car parks available. Few food stalls nearby. Grab easily available even at 0500hrs or earlier (Cos near Sentral Butterworth).

Very friendly owner, rooms are clean and filled with all facilities. location is good, take 5 minutes drive to the Butterworth jetty. Highly recommend.

Pros: very clean, nice & comfortable homestay. Location near to Plus highway & 5min to delicious Restaurant Mee Udang. Definitely will come again. Cons: it will be good if host can provide extra matress or comforter.

Everything is great inside the room. Comfortable, clean, have great gym & Swimming pool. The view is awesome. Would recommend for Family or small group to stay here. The only unsatisfied part would be the guards. Bad attitude Not friendly and helpful at ALL. even we have get the keys. Better communicate well first with the owner the day before reaching.

They cancel our booking last minute... We didnt book it last minute... We booked a week early... Very very very bad service... We are there already, when we call not answer... Call a few time, answered and say the booking been cancelled... 😠😠😠😠 Didnt even bother to tell us earlier, so that we can find another place to stay... 😠😠😠😠 No wonder no need to pay first...

one of the best homestay I've stayed. the host Mr Lim is the best. super friendly n nice . Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm here at Butterworth.
