If you are going to Florence Italy, I highly recommend to stay here at C-Hotels Joy. Just a stone throw away from the train station, and very near the places you would like to go. There is a grocery nearby and lots of restaurant. Place is very clean, staff is super friendly and the wifi is very fast. Breakfast is very lovely and delicious. Jada was very helpful. Overall review of the place is beautiful. And they even allow us to have an early check in without extra payments. Thank you very much.

Walking distance from the Florence Rail Station. Room was spacious enough and clean. Bathroom was very neat and clean. The complementary breakfast was great with decent spread of both continental and local dishes. The reception staff were excellent and helpful. They provided all the information we requested made our trip enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this property to our family and friends.

Everything was perfetto. The room was very clean, cozy and stylish. The room it's a bit small but the bed was very comfortable and big. The location of the hotel it's perfect also, since everything it's near. You can walk around without need of transportation. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Literally two minutes walk away from the train station, this hotel was such a blessing. We walked over from station to the hotel and were greeting by Lorenzo so couldn't have been more amazing. Breakfast was pretty good and more importantly the hotel interiors were marvelous! All the top sightseeing spots are 10-15 minutes walk away which is pretty convenient. We'd highly recommend this. And our special thanks to Lorenzo for his exceptional hospitality!

Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a sign on the door directing us to the sister hotel Ambasciatori (also part of C-hotels) which was just around the corner. The location is great - across the road from the train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella and other modes of transport. The room was spacious, tidy and thoroughly cleaned everyday. Unfortunately, the AC was not very good and did not keep the room cool, which is essential to have in the summer time. Otherwise, the room was spacious, tidy and thoroughly cleaned everyday. There are many cafés, restaurants and convenience stores in very close proximity to the hotel. If you are interested in going to The Mall (fashion brands outlet), the bus stop for this is around the corner from the hotel. Also, the hotel is a doable walk to/from certain attractions and landmarks.
