The place was great, the room was big so there was alot of space to put our big luggages. The heated towel rack was a plus although we only figured out how to turn it on the last day. The breakfast spread here was very good as well. Location wise it's a 5-10min walk to statuto tram stop which is just a few stops away from the central station. Nice and quiet area, definitely value for money!

Room is big but it seems to be a combination of two rooms ”
Located in a residential area, food choices seemed non-existent in this area. There’s a cafe downstairs, reasonably priced. It’s around 10-15mins walk to SMN station. I stayed for four days here but there were only two bottles of water that’s free. The area is very dark and quiet at night, I didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveller to walk back to the hotel at night. The rate was not cheap, but the room was big and seemed to be a combination of two rooms. Water heater did not work very well, I got cold water splashing on me from time to time when taking shower. The room was cleaned daily, the front desk was friendly too. In general, there were good and bad things about this place, but I wouldn’t stay here again if I come back to Florence.

Basic and clean, perfect for one night ”
Buffet breakfast for €7 per person, €10 on-site parking per day. Just what we needed that day. We could not get TV to work nor casting with the network they advised to connect to. A wine opener in the room would be nice. We asked at the reception and they were all loaned out for the night.

Estuvimos una noche (un dia en Florencia), más que suficiente para nosotros. El personal muy profesional y amable. La relación calidad/precio immejorable y muy bien comunicado con toda la ciudad. Visitamos todo a pie y la verdad es que no se nota que esté a las afueras del casco antiguo. Parking bien, pero hay que reservar con antelación, aunque hay varios parkings alrededor. Lo único malo que según quien te toque en las habitaciones cercanas se puede oír todo a través del conducto de ventilación. Aún así lo recomiendo.

Bestens für einen kurzen stop in florenz”
Unterkunft ist klasse, ruhige Lage, schöne Zimmer. Man läuft eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum was bei der Hitze hart sein kann aber ich fand völlig in Ordnung, außerdem sind die in der Stadt üblichen Fahrräder und E-Roller direkt an der Unterkunft zu bekommen, falls man über die App verfügt. Alles in alles war ich sehr zufrieden...

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da questa struttura che oltre ad essere ben fornita di ogni servizio è anche uno dei più belli e moderni a Firenze. La stanza è ampia ed il letto enorme è comodo. Si sentono leggermente i treni della stazione ma i doppi vetri fanno il loro lavoro (ma del resto vista la posizione è prevedibile). L’unico difetto è stata l’impossibilità di gestire l’aria calda che ci ha costretto ad aprire le finestre annullando quindi l’effetto dei doppi vetri,ma comunque un aperto trascurabile.

인종차별 있기에 불쾌했습니다. 객실 등도 안들어 온 곳이 있어 불편했습니다. 중심 관광지 멀어 숙소까지 걷기에는 30분~ 40분 소요되며 저녁무렵 숙소 주변이 위험합니다. 또한 주변에 먹을 곳을 찾기에 어려움이 있으며 마트도 좀 걸어 가야 합니다. 또한 호텔이 아니고 구글지도에 나온 것 처럼 학생 기숙사 시설입니다. 학생들 수업, 토론, 공부하는 곳으로 투숙객이 앉아 있기에는 눈치가 보입니다. 주차비도 사전에 꼭 체크해야 합니다.

메인 번화가와 지하철역에서 거리는 좀 있어요 . 캐리어 끌고 걸어가는데 애좀 먹었고 버스정류장이 바로 앞에있기는하지만 버스가자주오진않음..ㅋㅋㅋ근데 깨끗하고 직원분들 친절하세요 조식서비스도 좋아요!
