"The place is family run. People were polite. We stayed at the 1st level. Room had a fridge, microwave, TV and a tub. AC worked great. Stay came with free but very limited breakfast. Hotel could use better cleaing but not bad. They offer free shuttle service to DFW and is a good place for a short stay before a flight."

"This is a wonderful transit hotel with a great staff! I was repatriating over three days from Hong Kong with a cat, and there was a mistake with my booking. Darlene, the desk clerk was very kind and welcoming, and solved the problem immediately; she and Francis, the manager on duty, made me feel like it was no problem. She also makes a great grilled cheese! Kisha, another desk clerk, made me feel just as welcome the next morning, and she and Francis sent me off with great feelings about this location. The facilities are great, and the rooms are well-appointed; my room was actually bigger than my Hong Kong apartment! I will definitely make this my transit hotel of choice, as it’s a 10-minute drive from the airport. Thank you, Hyatt Plaza DFW Team!"

"We were arrived at 7am and checked out a 5pm the same day due to a layover. The manager on duty allowed us to do this as we had called ahead and asked. We were also given breakfast. It was a perfect place to rest and recharge for our next flight."

"Stayed as a business traveler in order to make a 5:45 AM flight. Nicely remodeled Hyatt property with all the usual business amenities. Room was huge. Bathroom was small. Was more lively and “normal” than most airport hotels. Definitely a good choice if needing to overnight at DFW airport. You are inside the airport complex so shuttles to terminals are quick. There’s nothing nearby so wouldn’t recommend as a destination."

"I picked this mostly for the convenience. I had an overnight layover at DFW and an early morning international flight, so it was amazing to be able to take the escalator down right to the terminal. "

"After two weeks of traveling around the U,S,, my wife and I had two nights in Dallas at the Holiday Inn Express South near DFW before our flight back to Seoul. After arriving at the hotel by free shuttle, we were met at the front desk by Nash, who couldn't have been more helpful. Like many hotels these days, their business center is closed, but Jazmin was so helpful in helping me to print my Covid test results needed for our flight out. On our final day there, Edwin at the front desk gave me perfect directions to where I needed to go to buy some necessities for my return trip. He also helped me print an important document. This hotel is located near many restaurants such as Chiptole, Taco Bell, Panda Express, and some local eateries. The room itself was bigger than expected, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks to Edwin, Jazmin, Nash, and the rest of the hotel's staff for a great stay. "
