The hotel itself was really cute, the breakfast really great, staff couldn't do enough. their recommendation for lunch was superb, even saw the same staff member having lunch there. the grand gallery in which it sits is in need of repair (like the rest of naples, the roof was leaking everywhere) but this is not the hotel's fault. Highly recommend it. "

"The hotel is modern, super clean. Beds are confortable tempurepedic. Rooms are large and confortable. Staff is very attentive. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Naples."

"There are 2 locations or Chaia roof on Via Chiaia (205 and 197) and the one at 205, the rooms are on the courtyard, 1st floor. It is noisy and there are no windows, only the main glass door and no shutters. The room is clean, the personnel is super nice and accommodating (I left my luggage before my room was ready) but if you are sensitive to light and noise, this is not the place for you. I only stayed one night so it was ok. Also, I don't think they have rooms on the higher floors of the building but first floor. No "roof" access nor rooms upstairs. Seems like the rooms at #197 of the street have windows on the street. I would check that before booking if I was to go back there."
