Awesome place to stay”
We went there during the Christmas week last year and have no problem with checking in into the hotel. The hotel staff is very accommodating. They provide tours to the Rainbow Waterfall which is very affordable price wise and we did not regret a single thing. Best experience ever on the tour side. The hotel room is clean and basic. It contains all the necessities enough for a short stay. Highly recommended for people who wanted to have short getaways and enjoy the surrounding nature.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. The hotel is super clean and provides u great hospitality. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret,just be there !

The stay was nice and everything is clean and many parking lots there. Just someone using staircase, stepping sound is loud. And unfortunately, neighbor make noises in the early morning with hitting the container like he was playing drum..

Nice cabin style room with pool”
We had a wonderful stay on the new year's eve. It was raining whole day n have to cancel the plan to see the sunrise & rainbow waterfall. The resort refunded our money for the tour. So we spent our leisure time in the swimming pool, whilst it rains on off. Will surely come again next time.

Comfort room, bathroom with water heater & lots of indoor games that u can play during rainy day. U can also karaoke from 11am til 11pm, for free, at the open space cafe / dining area. Will try the villa for my next vacation.

Good for rest from busy schdule”
Around the premises there are no restaurant facilities, however the premises to the Lembing River town are approximately 5 minutes by car. The nighttime atmosphere is a bit lonely maybe because we rent it on holidays. There are karaoke and games facilities for customer use. Swimming pools are suitable for children and adults. If I go to the Lembing River again I will stay again at Casa Hill

One of the nicer accomodations in Sg Lembing. Met the Chinese owners/ boss.. They were courteous and helpful. Small shallow pool but water looks murky because many not properly attired. BBQ facilities available. Also Karaoke at the the open air dining place (how noisy and horrible), and board games. Rooms are basic and clean. Good air conditioning and water pressure. Ample parking at premises. Hotel staff can help arrange for Rainbow Waterfall Tour RM60 per person

Nice trendy setup but can be better”
We booked 2 rooms. One of the room the toilet flush is not working there is no incoming water supply. Another room the hair dryer stopped working after using for few min. The room is extremely hot during afternoon, we stayed at Block A 1xx, suggest to put some insulation at the metal wall in the room to reduce the heat due to sun. It is extremely (very) noisy at night because there is this gathering area next to our room, ppl gathered, gossip and laughed loudly like next to your ears (as you can imagine literally it is metal wall without insulation), my spouse asked the crowd to reduce the volume as it was 12am midnight and many activities start at 5.30am next day. The noise subside for few min and continued again. We lodged the complaint at frond desk and the staff requested the crowd to dismiss afterword. Piece of advise, the metal container is very poor about noise insulation, so resort must impose strict noise regulation after 10.30am, instead crowd shall gather at common place next to the front desk if they choose to continue their activities or gathering during late night. Overall, a very nice location accessible to everyplace within Lembing. Keep it up. Thanks

Overall, this was a good experience. However, the reception staff was not helpful to show the location of our room. And also, the owner or staff were making noise at night. My friends were annoyed with the noise of karaoke even at midnight.
