Highly recommendable”
Stayed there only one night but would´ve liked to stay there much longer! When we arrived, parking just outside reception, the owner(?) came to greet us. Checking in was swift and easy and your first impression was that you almost felt at home! The lobby was nicely decorated with a personal touch and the rooms (we had two) was fitted with everything you need. Nice and quiet with a perfect location (easy to find from the main road). For staying in Phitsanulok use this hotel! Very good value for money.

Small & Clean Hotel”
I arrived here in this hotel around 4pm. This hotel is very clean and comfortable for 1 stay overnight. it is convenient because it is very close to main road. Internet signal is very good. Comparing with my limited budget, I think this hotel is suitable for me Of course, I will come again when I come to Phitsanulok.

Friendly and helpful staff”
on my way to sukhothai, i stayed one night in phitsanulok. i arrived late and when at the hotel, the night staff were really friendly and prompt at check in and letting me into my room. the bed was comfy and the bathroom was fine. location wise for what i needed (to get to the bus station) this hotel was fine. i think to explore the area this hotel is not central, but staff are friendly and helpful and can contact taxis and tuk tuks. would def recommend this hotel.

Great hotel!”
We were pleasantly surprised when we got to Casa for a stopover on our way to Sukhothai. We were on the third floor which has a huge balcony with lots of seating and the room was huge and very clean. The beds were soft and the tv had lots of English channels! The hotel is close to the Bus Terminal but quite far from the river where most of the food places are, but there is a big supermarket close by and lots of great street food carts. Highly recommended and good value!

nice decoration that feel like home. staffs are friendly and helpful. clean and comfortable room. air-cond' is superb. third floor has large covered-terrace in front of rooms, good for small private party when come with a group of 6-10 persons. free self-service coffee on first floor. locate near a big c mall and many eating places. however, im-jung-a restaurant in front of the hotel run by a couple is wonderful. free wi-fi in room.

Very Pleasant Surprise!”
Arrived relativly late at night due to delayed train... Hotel was about a 5-10 min tuk tuk (80 bt) form the train station. When we arrived we were pleased to find that the desk seemed to be staffed all night. We expected basic accomodation and what we found was much better. We were on the 3rd floor which had a large balcony like hall which was nice. The rooms were very well maintained and even had a fully stocked mini bar. In the morning we were greated by the lovely hotel owner who offered his knowledge and assistance.

Easy stop over for visits to Sukhothai”
Casa holiday was fine for my 1 night stop over before moving onto Sukhothai. The room was clean and had all the usual amenities including TV and air con. I only booked a standard room so can't comment on the themed rooms they have...

Basic hotel nice staff difficult to find”
Had a hard time finding hotel using Agoda map. Two or three block past where shown on map. Just stayed night passing through so Andy to highway. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Food was cheap and good.

Huge room in great location”
This place had a great feel. Short taxi ride from station and bus terminal. Stayed here for 1 night and took bus trip into sukothai. Staff friendly tho English not so great but that was part of its charm. Everything written in Thai but that goes for most of the town. Loved the room and would recommend for sure.

Large rooms in a nice hotel”
We stayed here overnight to break up a long bus ride. It was close to the bus station and convenient. The staff don't speak much English but are friendly and one called us a taxi in the morning. We had requested to be on the third floor because there's a large balcony with nice teak furniture that you could relax on and it was nice. Our room was quite large with a nice clean bathroom. It also had air con, a tv with tons of English channels and a large fridge. The area is not one where you would happen upon cafes etc., but we walked to the Big C (supermarket complex) and had dinner at a restaurant there, and bought groceries for breakfast. It was perfect for a stay over.

simple, decent hotel, a liitle "old". friendly staffs. big rooms for the price. basic fittings, no cupboard, reasonably clean. available car park space in hotel premise. good food at decent price. abt 10mins walk to big c, a distance to top land and at least 15min drive to central plaza. will return again

Nice hotel but very poor security, so take care”
my wife and i were on our way to khon kaen and decided to use the casa holiday hotel as a half way stop over. we eventually found the hotel, took us to a main motorcycle dealers first, it was on the same road though and very helpfull directions were given by the hotel when we contacted them. nice friendly welcome when we arrived but left to our own devices on how to find our room which was on the third floor. the room looked ok and was just what we needed. after about an hour in the hotel we came to the conclusion that it was on the main route to the hospital, the ambulance sirens gave that away. after a meal in the local big c we decided to have an early night. i woke up about 23.00 as my wife was screaming and someone was trying to break into the room. he had managed to break the door lock but the safety catch held ok and when i shouted at him he ran away. no member of staff was to be found, we blocked the door entrance as best we could and tried to get a little more sleep, but we were happy when daylight came and decided to leave as soon as possible. the couple who had met us on arrival had returned and when we told them what had happened all they said was "it was just a drunk who thought your room was his, no problem" not a very good or acceptable reply and we did not stop there on our way back.

Shady hotel far away from the center ”
This is really not a hotel we would recommend to anybody. First of all it's not close to the center at all, but alongside some sort of small highway. Second of all the staff doesn't speak any English. This is especially difficult when you don't have any water coming from the tap/shower in the morning which happened to us. We never managed to explain it to the reception and just left out of frustration. Phitsanulok is in general a town that should, if a stay is not absolutely necessary, be avoided. Sukothai is a much better place to stay. Just don't go there.

Double check booking!”
We had a stopover in Phitsonulak and booked this hotel as it was cheap and looked nice for the price. When we arrived we found out that they hadn't received our booking and were completely full. They did help us find another place down the street and had the security officer drive us there. Everything looked nice from the outside. I would just call ahead to make sure they have your reservation.

Casa Holiday Hotel”
The staff helped me arrange for a motorbike by literally driving me to the best location (200 baht/day, 1,000 baht deposit) and waiting with me for the shop owner to arrive for almost 1 hour. The hotel itself is near Big C with a movie theater and food court, both of which I used and enjoyed within walking distance. The hotel room was OK but truly not great, not even good. There were two single beds and I was so tired I didn't notice if they were comfortable or not. The furnishings and furniture were very aged and the room window opened up to a Castrol Oil automotive shop that was very loud during the day. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone other than the most budget conscious traveler.
