Highly recommended for a first class stay in Parma”
Recently visited the Parma congressi once again, our favourite hotel in parma Italy excellent standard of accommodation and service, as always. Very professional civilised hotel with high standards throughout. Very comfortable accommodation and excellent buffet breakfast. It offers jacuzzi rooms which are so good to go back to after a day sightseeing. A little way out of the city but worth the commute. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Parma.

If you come to Parma as a tourist (to see the town) and you don’t have a car, you’d better don’t choose this hotel as it is veeery far away from everything and could be reached almost only by taxi. Discounted price was 53 eur per night + about 30-40 eur for taxi. Room was not big, but the bed was huge. Bath is ok with shampoo, body lotion and some other stuff. There was smell of dampness in the corridor. Receptionist lady was not that kind and even did not explain time and place of breakfast or any info about hotel facilities.

Farther outside of the city center than expected. Staff responsive to request for room change- rooms even within same class vary quite a bit in terms of space and furnishing. Good buffet breakfast. Nice bar with cocktail hour snacks. Fitness center and sauna not used as only open for brief hours in morning and evening.

Congresshotel Empfang nicht unbedingt freundlich Teppichboden im Zimmer dringend zu erneuern. Küche kann noch verbessert werden. Service ebenfalls.

Sosta in un viaggio in macchina”
Ottima posizione vicino all'autostrada. Camere molto spaziose con letto matrimoniale decisamente enorme. Materassi nuovi e molto confortevoli. Camere molto pulite e silenziose, l'aria condizionata funziona a dovere. Colazione a buffet varia e di buona qualità. Personale professionale. Accettano ogni tipo di pagamento, l'hotel puo' inviare la fattura via mail oppure consegnarla cartacea.
