Been here 5x and staff never ceases to amaze me with their superb customer service esp Ms Chris ♥️ very accomodating. Great food! Love the ambience and property maintenace and cleanliness. The property is along the highway - u can easily find it. Near malls, hospitals, the street food market and restobar is a plus! Love that we can make our own BBQ at the property without any extra charge. Stayed several times at the southwing property with pool access is definitely our FAVE! Spent my kids birthday at the property too brought cakes and food at no extra charge as well! haha I literally decorated the pavillion we stayed (the management allowed me to do some decoration except for sticky tapes cause itll ruin the wall paintings ofcourse) The kids pool were closed due to covid but we will definitely come back w family and friends again next month.

Amazing pool”
Stayed for one night, and we are very satisfied. Not among the cheapest place, but the pools are amazing. Ordered a strawberry-shake from the restaurant, but the answer was: 'We dont have' So, we tried to order the worlds most popular drink: Coca Cola, but the answer was: 'We dont have' (only Coke zero). Breakfast served at the room, a big plus :) 10-15 minutes walk to the mall, with restaurants and bars

Things that need improvement”
I would definitely come back here with my family and friends. The staffs are approachable. The room we occupied was very clean and nice. We had easy access to the pool. It's worth the price. However, Westown needs to hire more staff to cater immediately to their clients' needs. It was clear earlier that they were understaffed. Our breakfast was delivered to our room 2 hours after we ordered. That was one of the downsides to our stay there. Please hire more staff especially now that there are a lot of people looking and staying in resorts. The pool also needs improvement. My friends and I were a little itchy when we got in the pool. We observed that the pool was dirty due to the itchiness we had. We appreciate the exclusive pool for us who occupied the South Wing rooms. But please always clean your pools. Way gamit ang pagka nindot sa lugar kung ang swimming pools kay dili limpyo. Sayang kaayo jod if mao na. I really like your amenities, most especially the pools. But please please clean it frequently. Thank you!

An enjoyable staycation”
CHECK-IN/OUT: very good. we're grateful they allowed us to have an early check-in and check-out was just quick. SOUTH WING AREA: love the exclusivity of the place as it was calm and quiet; pools were clean; room was spacious BUT was concerned seeing a bed bug in one of the beds, hope the management can address the problem. POOLS: enjoyable for kids & adults, however, their kid's pool & dragon cove were unmanned or rarely checked, leaving young children the liberty to trash the area (e.g. bringing of plastics, bottled water, canned drinks), and people were not reprimanded to shower before getting into the pool resulting into a dirtier water as the day progressed. FOOD: average taste at an expensive price (glad they allowed outside food) ENVIRONMENT: great ambiance, but the table & chairs area was foul-smelling from the garbage, it would be best if bins with lids are installed.

Bed, tables crawling with ants, otherwise fine”
This place is obviously not new. The playground has rusty bars and broken steps, yet children still play on them. The bed and tables are crawling with ants. The shower switch is broken. There are rust stains here and there. BUT we do not mind those much and will still come back. Our favorite about this place is the pool access rooms. We can just get out of bed and open a sliding door then jump straight into a private pool.

Place is very nice ans cozy. Food is ok but breakfast is not buffet. Good that you have an option to bring food from outside the resort because their food and beverages cost high.
