Extremely rude staff”

I never give a low rating, but I want to prevent others from going through the same experience. It was a complete hassle trying to check in at this place. Apparently, there is no-one on site and they wanted me to pinpoint the exact time I would be there. I was flying in from Asia so my arrival time depended on customs etc which I told them. I gave them a time frame of an hour within which I would arrive, but they were extremely rude and inhospitable. Please get a keysafe if you don't want to be there to receive guests.
