I really like Centre Pointe hotels. My friend and I have been staying in them in Bangkok over the past four years. This year, because of our travel plans in and out of Bangkok we have booked twice -actually left yesterday and will return on the 22nd for the third booking in three weeks. The staff are gracious and rooms impeccably clean. The central location allows access to great locazl food vendors and restaurants immediately after exiting to a major street in Bangkok by the side door. A major shopping centre is near by . It took us less than 25 minutes to go to and from the airport by metered taxi- highly recommended as the unmetered quoted us 400 Bath and the ride was a bit over 325 Baht in total. In the waiting area between 7 a.m. and 7 P.m. there is a selection of two herbal teas and water. My favouite was the blue pea tea that was sweet to the taste. The bathroom in the area features a bidet. It is my first choice of a best value for money when in Bangkok.

My first time staying Centre Point. Everything was clean and check in and check out was fast. Swimming pool is very clean using Salt Water. Kids playground was clean, the moment i step into the room, i could smell dettol. Meaning it was sanitized well and ventilation smells good of dettol. We are couple with a infant. Person checking us in gave us 2 queen bed. It was so comfortable for us. Room was big with kitchen facilities such as microwave, basin, fridge. Toilet was big with bath tub. During Valentines staff gave a well packed bear and big kit katt chocolate for my girl. Night before checking out, we request for a late check out coz our flight back was in the evening. Staff offer as an additional 2 hours complimentary late check out. It was good enough. Staff said if after check out if we need to shower, they could arrange us to shower and freshen up a while too. Everything was perfect for us. Will stay here again if Im in Bangkok. Thank you to all staff at Centre Point.

Best hotel in Pratunam”
This is the best hotel I have ever stay in Bangkok. Starting from Mr Manatsanand who has been very professional and accommodative to all my enquiries months before my trip. I even gotten a refund for changing my Test & go package to a normal room. The receptionist helping me to call in Thai for my activities reservations. The doorman and concierge ever so helpful each time we book a ride. They even remember which room I’m staying in. Lastly my airport transfer also fully arranged by them! This might not be the most luxurious hotel I have stay but definitely the one that make my stay the most comfortable one.

The location of the hotel is central to a lot of establishments from platinum fashion mall to Lumpini Park night market MBK shopping mall and Jim Thompson house, all are easily accessible by foot. Rooms were very large, beds and pillows were comfortable, toilet with the bath tub were very clean. Bottled water was provided everyday. Cleanliness of the room were maintained daily. Laundry machines and dryers were provided for 90 baht each, just have to change coins at reception. The lobby was filled with chairs and waiting areas and free juice coffee and water were always available. Staff were friendly special mention to the concierge, Andrew who despite the language barrier was very helpful.

Friendly staff, clean room”
Location was great, platinum mall is just opposite and plenty of food stalls/ massage salons nearby (at a good price). Room was very clean and check in/ out process was smooth. I would especially like to compliment the staff for their friendliness, professionalism and how they go beyond to make the customer’s day. It was my partner’s birthday and we did not mention it as a special remark, it was just indicated when we filled in our details. The staff gave us a surprise by folding elephant towels and writing HBD using leaves! So thankful to them. Would totally recommend.

I am glad that I have chosen this hotel. Very satisfied & hv no regret! This was my first time stay & I will return again for my next visit!!! Rooms are big & clean. Lifts are working well, no long waiting time. Room are quiet & comfortable even located in the center of Pratunam. Walking distance to all major shopping points in Pratunam. Great Location, clean and tidy, friendly staff”
I wrongly booked double bed for my vacation. Staff willing to help me upgraded to king bed. Also, the hotel was famous in Pratunam area, you can access every famous travel spot or restaurant from the hotel by taking grab, walk, or Tuk Tuk. The room was big, washroom was good and clean. We so much enjoyed the place. Most important thing is during the Coronavirus, the hotel was doing a great job for keeping the place clean and also placing the sanitizer everywhere for free to use. Will come back to visit this place again!

Convenient , good location & best for family stay”
Nice location, 7-11 & food stall can find just a few minutes walk out from hotel. Nearest BTS Ratchathewi 10 minutes walk can reach. Many massage services also can find only 2 minutes walk out from hotel. Hotel lift security was good only can access using the room card . Big room ( Grand Deluxe Quadruple Room) with 2 queen size bed for 2 adults & 2 kids was perfect . Very clean , no bad smell & very comfortable. Breakfast lounge with good environment & taste good.

Superb location, spacious room with affordable price”
Thank you for setting a nice decoration on the bed for our 10th anniversary. A heart shape with roses on the bed .... This is the 3rd time we are staying here. Very conveniently situated in pratunam . near to morning market and platinum mall. just outside hotel are 7-11 and massage centre is along the alley into the hotel. Check in and out is easy and fast , the bell is so good providing us information about places we need to go. Even recommend us to take grab to ease our worry of over charge tuk tuk and taxi . BBQ meat is just outside the hotel 10 bath/pcs much cheaper comparing to stall outside platinum mall 30 bath/pcs,so are the fruits and coconut juice stall much cheaper than outside platinum mall . u can save a lot staying here. cheap massage only 200 bath for 1 hour head and shoulder massage. After a long day walk all the pain in leg is gone after the massage (the 1st massage centre when coming out from hotel- staff with pink uniform) We will be back again!

The staff was really friendly, rooms were very spacious and clean. We even managed to get a connecting room which made everything easier! The hotel was also Super helpful in getting us transport for our large group of 7 people to get to places. It was also walkable to get to platinum mall/ neon market with things to see on the walk over. All in all it’s great! Would definitely stay again!

FANTASTIC”
It was my first stay in center point Pratunam. Not only it’s is so conveniently located, the service staffs were fantastic!! They would appear at at my room door in less then 5mins whenever there is a request!!! What amazes me is that they have a drink corner for guest and whenever we are back from our shopping trips, we are able to take a short rest before heading back to our room. Witnessed a particular event at the lobby. One particular family seems to be having some problem with a toy they bought for their Son and 1 of the hotel staff helped to fix and rectified with a screw driver and make sure the toy is able to move upon inserting the battery. I think this particular lady staff has gone beyond her duty to assist this family. This is what service is all about “kuddos”!!

Good customer service in manner way. The concierge provided good explanation and helping in booking a car to other travel destination. For the recomend... Housekeeping need checking and cleaning the tableware that store in cabinet... And the oven inside has some dust need to clean up by self before use it. All the things was good... Will stay here again!!!

The distance is nearest to all good shopping areas like the platinum fashion mall. Distance to the nearest BTS may need about 10 mins of walking. House keeping team is very polite and keep the room clean and tidy. Bed is comfortable. Another positive point, the room is super spacious and there is a balcony in every room.

Pros: 1. Hotel Rooms are really spacious at 47sqm. 2. With daily free refreshing drinks at the hotel’s lobby area 3. Good view of the city as it has 30 floors 4. Complete facilities including free dry suana, gym and use of swimming pool 5. Beside the hotel are around ten (10) spa massage where every 2-7pm, pay only 200 Thai Baht (around Php320) either foot massage or head & shoulder massage or thai massage (no oil). 6. Very near authentic thai street foods. 7. Aircon is very cold and with hot shower bath facility Cons: 1. Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. 2. Few meters away from the main road. 5 minutes walk. 3. Does not allow for an early check-in as rooms will only available by 2pm.

Exceptional Hotel, Facilities, and Service”
What stood out was the hotel being well kept. From lobby, to hotel room, to bathroom, to swimming pool, everything was clean. They offer unlimited sachets of sugar, coffee, tea, and creamer as well as bottled water. Staff from reception to housekeeping were all courteous and helpful. Will stay with centrepoint Pratunam again soon!

Great location. 3mins walk to pratunam market, 5mins walk to platinum mall. Massage shops and 7-11 are just outside of the hotel. The environment of the hotel is good, clean and nice. Floor staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is spacious enough. They have drinks at the lobby ready for us to drink anytime. Will definitely come back here again for the next visit to bkk!

Our stay here was simply amazing. Imagine being treated with welcome snacks and drink and upon arriving in your room, there are still a few snack items for free aside from the standard bottled water that hotels provide. The location was perfect as well. Platinum Fashion Mall is a walking distance and looking for food is a breeze. Not to mention the massage salons are just outside the hotel. There are English speaking hotel staff who are very helpful as well. Their pool is a salt water pool which was great and most importantly the room was really bigger compared to standard hotel rooms

Service was exceptionally very good. Staff attended to all our queries. Advised us on the locations to shop and eat which were cheap and best I should say. Decorated the room as it was my hubby's bday. Nina the tour and transport coordinator of the hotel was really super good..she had all the suggestions you need. Their welcome drinks are the best! Best hotel if you’re traveling with baby & want to do shopping.”
It is located near Platinum Fashion Mall, Central World & Siam Paragon. We booked an Executive Deluxe room and it comes with a stove, kitchen sink & mini bar that is very convenient for moms to provide milk & food for baby. Washing baby’s bottles in toilet sucks so this hotel has a plus point by providing extra kitchen sink. The baby cot is made of wood and they should provide additional bumpers around. The kids club is also good but be warned that the poOl is salt water pool. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
