I like the room and the view from my bed. The hotel was good but the service maintenance not maintain. Im wondering why less people stay there. Well, Im having nice day n night staying there... Very recommended

Con Broken shower noozle Torn bedsheet. Internet down no Wifi and no TV. No extra tower to wipe slippery marble floor. Only provide 1 bottle of small mineral water Pro Love the soft bed, comforter and pillow.

The room was luxurious, spacious , clean n located near to airport n kuching Central. But the facility was a bit spooky especially the basement parking. System down means no tv and wifi. Free breakfast only for agoda customers, but have to wait long for them to prepare.

Not a great place to stay in”
It's located near the airport and 15 mins from city centre, so the location is good. And you can get a decent room for $50, so it's value for money. However, the hotel is falling into disrepair. The locals notified us that the current owner is looking to sell, so he's been using cost-cutting measures. They seem to have hundreds of rooms, but only about 30 were occupied. - No aircon in the lobby, few lights in the lobby - Most of the hotel is in disuse - No breakfast provided - Room smells musty - Ants in the room, so you cannot leave any food out at all, even drinks - Safe, mini fridge, TV does not work - Bedsheets were torn - Bathtub had rust stains, probably from disuse - A light in the bathroom was not working - Rain shower was not working as the knob had fallen off There are some good points: - Aircon is really strong and cold - Housekeeping is every day - Bathroom is spacious. Recommended only if you spend minimal time in the hotel, as the bed is comfortable.

It was a surprise in Agoda rating as Century is having 4 star. During my 1st step in Centurey, I am total shocked, as a 4 star hotel, lobby Airconditional and lighting is totally turned off. Only 2 lift is running, while another 3 is under maintenance. my room and corridor is having heavy cigarettes smell. While, their staff is friendly and doing their best to change a better room for me. hotel is having good foundation, design, huge, but the entire formula is just not there to run and maintain the quality. I really hope hotel top manage willing to put in resources in recover the standar.

They keep it open only because it's physical is there. Most of the facilities are closed. Everything is not maintained.

Room is nice but the breakfast was super slow, my friends and I waited few hours for the breakfast. The lobby was dark during night time, they don't really switch on light.

Not Worth The Price”
The lobby was very hot and stuffy when we arrived - I think they did not even turn on the air-con conditioner. Also, the room's air-conditioner was not working very well, it was quite warm even though we have adjusted the temperature to 16 degree celsius. A lot of maintenance should be done. I personally think it's not worth the price, did not have an enjoyable stay.

Frustrating ”
No more tv, no more hot shower, no more iron facilities, no more mini fridgeike before. Used to love this place, but now after different management, services are not like it used to be. I could tell, this hotel might be closed sooner if no actions taken. The place is huge very strategic. Really hope to see it shine once more.

This hotel rated 4-Star? Are you kidding me?”
This is a disaster for me to stay in this hotel, I don't know why Agoda gave this hotel such a good rate. 1) The lobby do not have aircond, no lights,it looks very low and old. 2) Among the 5 lift, 4 is not functioning, only 1 is function, and very hard to press any button 3) The access card was very easy to not functioning, I have been trapped in the lift because the access card not functioning and unable to open the lift door. I ring the bell for 10 mins no one to answer me until someone press the lift from the lobby so that I can walk out from lift. I complain to receptionist and she say I put the access card to near to my mobile phone, and cause the card not function, this is CRAZY, why dont the hotel just admit the card is spoiled? And this happen again the second day. 4) All TV in the room is not functioning as server down but not inform in agoda. 5) No toilet roll in toilet until you request from reception counter, no free bottle water,no bathrobes.. Seriously disaster

no aircond at reception and general area of hotel, heavy cigarette smell throughout room corridor, no wifi, no tv service, no drinking water provided, no cups, bathroom sink not draining well, towels and sheets are old and worned out. suitable place for a budget hotel with no frills if only the price is lower.

This hotel has completely lost it’s glory after FourPoints by Sheraton moved out! Hotel lobby has no aircond! Once 1 lift out of 5 is on to service you up and down. Another lift to service from the basement carpark. Other 3 was switched off. Basement parking was dark & gloomy - looks like a horror movie! Basic room amenities also not given. TV cannot use as the internet channels & wifi has been spoilt since God knows when! During my 1 night stay there, I think there was only 5 rooms max occupied. At during, the hotel looks like an abandoned hotel! Please DO NOT waste your money & book this property!

Hotel didn't keep this hotel in top condition, a lot of facilities either broken or not maintain well. A hotel rated 4 star but didn't have Cafe. TV cable been cut by someone, lobby no air condition and one one lift working. Understand from front counter staff the hotel is upgrading, but the hotel look haunted more than upgrading.

Worst 4 star Hotel”
You enter the lobby with a very hot and stuffy area with 1 person on the service desk. There are 6 lift shafts with only 2 are functional. Restaurant, swimming pool, and gym are not operational. The room ceiling lights are not working and depending on the stand lamp. Only one powerpoint is working and the rest of the appliances are unusable especially the TV and service phone. Hope you can improve your service.

Lousy Hotel, Very Disappointed”
There is no aircond at the lobby at all. Air conditioning in the room is equally lousy too. Too hot and we can't sleep. Everything in the room are not well maintained. There is no coffee house. First time I stayed in such big hotels that do not have any coffee house. Very disappointed. Stayed here before when it was still Four Points Hotel. This time around is really disappointing after it has been rebranded.
